Note:- (i) Gas shall be brought by the contractor at Site from authorized Dealer/Manufacturers in sealed cylinders of standard packings and re-filling shall be done in the presence of rep of Deptt. (ii) The unit rate inserted is being to be inclusive of the cost of nitrogen gas used for leakage test and pressure test prior to filling/ charging of gas R-22
Supply and re charging compressor oil (Non-freezing) in AC plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Descaling the condenser by recommended chemical cleaning agent by soaking method, disconnection condenser from the system by taking out nuts bolts, studs 2 Nos valves and MS/GI pipe line form both sides cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4mm thick for following capacities of condensers suitable for AC plant capacities installed, complete all as specified and directed.
Descaling the Chiller by recommended chemical cleaning agent by soaking method, disconnection condenser from the system by taking out nuts bolts, studs 2 Nos valves and MS/GI pipe line form both sides cover, cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4mm thick for following capacities of condensers suitable for AC plant capacities installed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing side cover jalli for cooling tower for capacity 60 TR in replacement as per existing size and pattern, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electric connection of monoblock pump set, 5 HP, electric dirven, three phase, 415 volts, and taking out from AC Plant transporting the same to work shop, dismentaling the pump set, re-winding the motor with suitable size of cooper enamelled wire, change the bearings , change of shaft if required, change the impalar if required etc, re-assembling the same transport from work shop to site, re-fixing in same position, making etecric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All defective parts deemed to be included in repair cost.

Note for item No 1 to 89 - (i) Contractor representative/engineer will report to office for morning and afternoon to collect routine/urgent nature of complaint related to Refrigeration and AC till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor/Rep immediately. The contractor will ensure deployed of sufficient manpower with equipped all sort of petty items such as Refrigerant, Gas for AC ,nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T&P items to his tradesman. All routine / urgent job received on job slip will be prepaired and got signature of user's and will be deposited to concerned office within 24 hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12 hrs after handing over of routine / urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as per the item rate. (ii) If the Contractor did not attend complaints, a penalty of Rs 500/- per day per complaint recovery shall be made from the work done amount. (iii) After any repair the site has to be cleaned and make the surface good.
Material and labour for Servicing of Compressor unit of central AC Plant including painting to outer cover and components with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour as directed complete including following:- (a) Cleaning/repair and greasing of compressor unit with recommended chemical cleaning agent and taking out all dirt /sludge etc. all as directed by EIC. (b) Cleaning of suction/discharge port incl servicing of lubrication system, cooling system and other sensor & safety devices etc.
