SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-95 OFFRS MESS (EXCLUDING ROOF TREATMENT AND NEWLY ADDN/ALTN PORTION) AT SRC, RAMGARH CANTT

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for chipping removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete, Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna conchem or Dr. Fixit equivalent confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Carry out application of 'Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conferming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 20mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 =1-MONOBOND, 5-Cement, 15-Sand) in damaged areas in 40mm thickness in two layers including leveling profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on fair face of brick masonry /concrete surface etc in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
