Supply of 6m high single hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with top dia of 70mm & bottom dia of 130mm made from 3mm thick HT plate with base plate of 220x220x12mm with 1000mm long galvanized single arm bracket with 15degree of angle. Pole designed as per IS 875 Part3 (1987) and material for foundation bolt shall be special high tensile MS round conforming to IS:2062, E250A.

Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AluminiumArmoured Cable of size 3.5 core 70 sqmm tested on 1.1 kv, make: Grandley/gloster/Any DJB Approved Make

Providing of 70/72 watt LED street light fitting pressure die cast AL. housing with heat resistant toughened glass& IP 65 Protection, complete with all accessories. Make: Havells/Bajaj/ Crompton/Any DJB Approved Make.

Erection of steel tubular / Octagonal pole in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation of size 600mm(L) X 600mm(W) X1000mm deep (200mm above the ground level and 800 mm below the ground level) i/c excavation of earth, as required with fixing and positioning of foundation bolts (20 mm dia 600 mm long hot dip galvanized type anchor bolts).

6) Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. A. Up to 35 sq. mm.

B).Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Transportation of Octagonal poles from store to site and site to site

Wiring with 1.5sqmm wire of 6mtr Pole from street light to pole box.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing/ Fixing of pole box suitable mounted on pole/ wall with clamp & suitable size nuts, bolts, hinged cover including 2no. Al. bus bar with 4 no porcelain support and 1 no. SPMCB etc. as required. Make: Any Approved make of DJB.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

12) Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated grade as required. A.) 2 X 16 sq. mm (22mm)

B).3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm)

13) Supply & fixing of Digital/Astronomical street light Panel suitable for single phase supply with Max Load capacity 12KW,i/c contactor,spnmcb i/c Providing & fixing on angle iron frame complete as required make-Havells/Crompton ,Any Approved make of DJB.

Testing & commissioning of the LED lights, cable, terminal box & other installed accessories and also checking all the connections prior to switching on as follows: (i) Continuity and earth testing (ii) Checking all for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. (iii) Functional test.
