RC for Repairing of DG Sets under Ed-II, Jaipur

Visit charges to attend fault of DEA Set on call basis / complaint basis on behalf of written order from SDE(E) concerned for different TE / BTS sites under jurisidication including attending the minor faults involving no material and submit detailed report for major fault to the Engineering -In-charge i/c fare charges to visit the site from HQ etc complete as reqd.

Note:- (1). Visit Charges are not payabie, if cost of work executed at particular site is beyond Rs 5000/-. (2). The Charges shall be paid only subject to submission of detailed site visit report along with bill for sites where servicing / major repairing work not carried out by agency. (3). Charges shall be paid proportinately to attend the complaints e.g. 3 Sites for visit up to 30 KM's on a route, 2 Sites for visit more than 30 KM & Up to 60 KM on a route and 1 Site for visit beyond 60 KM from HQ .

Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete checking of E/A Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd.

i). Cleaning the bowl inside as well as out side of fuel filter and oil filter , replacement of sealing ring.

ii). Cleaning the fuel strainer with clean diesel i/c pressure testing of fuel injector and it should be as per manufacturer recommendation.

iii). Cleaning the cooling system (Raditor)

iv). Replacement of Air cleaner element if reqd.

v). Checking all belt Drives and retensioning the same etc as reqd.

vi). Remove the tapet cover and checking the valve clearance gap between rocker arm toe and valve stem end in cold condition as per manufacturer recommendation i/c replacement of tappet cover gasket if reqd. etc. as reqd..

vii). Cleaning the entire E/A Set (inclusive of fins, blower and block). i.e. oil & grease etc.

viii). Cleaning of diesel tank if reqd.

ix).Checking of charging alternaror, starter self and engine control panel connection, gauges and indicators and its fuction.

x). Checking and setting of fuel supply and time as per manufacturer recommendations.

NOTE: After servicing the set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for 30 minutes and check its performance & submitt the readings of out put voltage, current (for each phase) and frequency, LOP, RPM, Hr Meter Reading with working condition status report etc. in Service Report. This item shall be paid only after submission of desired report duly verified by concerned telecom authorities.

Replacement of following faulty items in the existing Alteranator up to 55 KVA Capacity at TE / BTS Sites i/c dismentling the faulty, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Pdg General Servicing and Repairing of Battery Charging Alternator / Dynamo that’s I/c dismentalling of equipment , greasing and oiling of bearings and other parts , repairing of rectifier assembly , replacement of carbon brush etc. and complete checking of battery operated alternator and fixing with proper alignment etc complete as reqd.

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator up to 100 KVA Diesel Engine alternator set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, dismentling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Pdg General servicing and Repairing of 12 Volts Engine Starting Self that I/c dismentalling of equipments, greasing and oiling of bearing and other parts , cleaning of self with petrol , replacement of Carbon Brush , Housing etc. complete checking of self and testing and fixing with proper alignment with gears etc complete as reqd.

Labour Charges for Shifting of Trolley mounted DEA set along with canopy and accessories capacity up to 50 KVA from one site to another site by toeing as directed by Engineer-In-Charge I/c making connection with existing cable at shifted site to restore the supply immediately including testing on exchnage / BTS Load for 30 Minutes with help of required consumables etc. complete as required. ( Note- Transportation Charges will be Paid Seperately )

Tranportation Charges for approximate average distance of 150 Km subject to variation in either side form sub division HQ for Trolley mounted DEA set capacity up to 50 KVA alongwith canopy, control panel, exhaust pipe, silencer, fuel tank, AVM pads, power cable and all other accessories i/c toeing arrangement with help of jeep / tractor etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying of following Core and Size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed grade Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to relevent IS-Specification complete as reqd.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.
