Dismandling & taking down of existing worn out/ unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description / size & in any position from existing HT pole/ Lines all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismandling of existingunserviceable cross arms of any desciption and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismandling & taking down of existing worn out/ unserviceable GI wire of any description / size & in any position from existing LT Lines including cradle guard/ earth continuty wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable insulators of any desciption and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable HT pole of any desciption and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour cross arms, bracigs, supports clamps and back plate fabricated from steel structural including nuts, bolts washers welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for HT lighting arrestr for HT 11 KV expulsion type transmission class with a fittings having discharge capacity of 65 KA including taking down unserviceable ligheting arrestors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 Sqmm.

Material and Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for out door end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing cable route indicator showing "MES HT U/G Cable' (all words embosed) on route of cable with arrow made of CI insuitable shape and fixed on 25X4 mm angle iron not less than length of 450 mm , fixed in position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire4.00 mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate pit cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4 mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25X3 mm with nuts bolts and washer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: GI earthing wire of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in , including levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, n.exc 25 cm each in soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning & protection including spreading, ramming all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP type 1 with peak, size 300mmX 180mm X 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
