Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm iss HBG metal for foundation & flooring including labour charges etc., complete

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand including etc complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix using country brick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete with same morter etc., completed

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m. Ht for plain surfaces including struting etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Flooring top finishing with granolithic floor finishing CM 1:4 MIX 12 MM metal with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc.,

Plastering with cement Morter 1:5 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.rials and labour charges etc.,

Plastering with cement Morter 1:3 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.rials and labour charges etc.,

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the departmental officers.etc.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including ncost and conveyance of all materials and and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats of approved emulsion paint over one priming coat of old wall surface including cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc complete.

Painting two coats of new iron works such as steel doors, Window, Ventilators,Window bars ,Balustrdes etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications etc.,

Supplying and fixing of cuddapah slab for 50mm thick including conveyance etc complete.,

Casting and Fixing RCC Pre Cast slab-50 mm tk in CC 1:2:4 using 20 mm HBGS excluding cost of Reinforcement grill inposition including moulding curing and finishing etc; complete complying with standard specifications.
