Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debrish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters n.exc. 1.50 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exc. 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc. 1.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here in before but exc. 1.00 sqm and n.exc 2.00 sqm each and -ditto-.

Taking down door shutters exc 1.00 sqm and n. exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same openeing after replacing of unserviceable butt hinges, tower bolt, handle & sliding bolt complete all as specified and directed. Note: Iron mongaries will be measured & paid seperately under respective items here in after.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of unserviciable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for fly ash bricks, (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded decorative coloured laminates PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and decorative coloured laminates PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail or bottom rail ; panelling of decorative coloured laminates PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC laminated sheet beeding, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14.00 above but wire gauzed shutter and -ditto-.

Material and labour for well-seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 13 sqcm but not exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary labours, articles n. exc 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75mm size stainless steel butt hinges medium weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Suplly and fix 100mm size butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodized complete all as specified and directed.

Suplly and fix 150 mm long aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts cast type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm size hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair door closer hydraulically regulated aluminium (extruded section body), designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy dutycomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia or wire and average width of aperture 1.00mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia or wire and average width of aperture 1.00mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium frames for door, window , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium ventilator shutters, top hunge type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33.00 above but ceiling boards and -ditto-. Note:- Serviciable ceiling boards obtained from item No 9.00 shall be reused under this item.

Supply and fix GI snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic, non skid joint free, coloured tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36.00 above but in skirting and dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and -ditto-.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7/ 300x450x7 mm (premium quality) coloured in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fix 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gm) after dismantling of old existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm bore stop valves, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.
