Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of soils and rocks including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge

Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall,retaining wall, parapets,scupper etc. Including supply of all materials,labour,t & p& royality etc,required for proper complition of work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Plain cement concrete M10 grade with 40 mm gauge stone ballast in foundation and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(Based on PWD specifications)

Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork and laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002,1005, 1010 & 1202

Making Super Elevation including Cutting / Filling with coolie wall etc. Required in Full width of Road on Curves as per P.W.D. specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Making patri as per direction of E/I Mechanically compacted earth work in filling with local soil E&B for correction of depression,making patri and making supper elevation including cost of watering and dressing the surface to the required level and slopes etc. complete. Earth and stone filling

Construction of coolie wall for pattri filling earth support as per P.W.D. specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compaction of stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonn in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of binding material to fill up the intristices of coarse aggregates,watering & rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges lighting, guarding & barricadings, & maintenance of diversions etc.[Grading of no-1] (45-90 mm size).

Providing, laying, spreading & compaction of stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonn in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of binding material to fill up the intristices of coarse aggregates,watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges lighting, guarding & barricatings, &maintenance of diversions etc.[Grading of no-2] (45-63 mm size).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) BinderProviding, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
