Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 to 7.06: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) Bidder shall quote corresponding minimum wages, rates and contribution as per prevailing Govt. notifications as applicable. Any quoted rate against items / sub-items which corrosponds to / works out to lower than the corrosponding minimum rates of wages / subscription towards EPF, ESIC, bonus and LWC shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate / wage / contribution shall be applicable on the bid submission end date (iii) Minimum fair wages as notified time to time by the Government of India / State Government whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor (iv) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase shall be passed over to the workers (v) Conveyance/vehicle for moving around of the staff employed and or any T&P required and detailed specifics as per particular specifications shall be provided by the Contractor. (vi) The maintenance services of chiller units shall be carried out by authorized rep of OEM only. The Contractor shall have to submit MOU of OEM within 15 days of acceptance of the contract.

PART-II (REPAIR & OTHER WORKS)

M&L for lowering column pipe flanged 100/80mm bore with 2Nos new submersible cable and repaired pump set in the existing bore hole of tube wells including taking out column pipe, flanged 100mm/80mm bore with submersible cable and pump set of any capacity from bore hole of tube wells located in different locations in techical and domestic area of AF Station for carrying out repairs complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) The depth of bore well shall be 250 to 300m, pump to be lowered at a depth of 100m and the work shall be carried out in 25Nos. bore wells (appx) (ii) Repair/replacement of spares/parts of pumps, submersible cable and column pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items hereinafter

M&L for repairs to submersible motor and pump set of any make and type, dismantling, taking out burnt winding from 6”/8” dia submersible motor and rewinding with suitable size PVC coated copper winding wire as per existing weight and pattern, including all insulation material, repair/replacement of unserviceable parts required for making the pump set serviceable like sealing kit, O-ring, gasket, water drain plug, sand guard, cable packing ring, cable gland ring, upper/lower bearing, adapter piece, motor key, upper/lower flange, neck ring, bowl stud, suction case, Hex bolt, Circlip, washer, motor/pump coupling, bowl stud, motor bush and pump bush, etc. and re-assembling pump set, testing for operation and commissioning of motor pump complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacities: Note: Cost of labour / transporting / cartage of pumps to workshop shall be borne by the Contractor. The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect

Supply, fixing and testing water pressure gauge, dial type 100mm nominal dia with control valve, socket, union, and adopter, range 0-100 PSI fixed with 150mm long, 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade with suitable arrangement for fixing on 150/200mm DI/CI by using clamps, including taking out existing unserviceable water pressure gauge with gate valve, damaged pipe of existing size and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of pump set submersible type suitable for bailing out sludge / sewage water, electric operated having magnetic float auto-operation single phase 240volt 1.0HP capacity with connection cable complete including taking out old unserviceable pump from position and disposing off complete and all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs battery charging unit single phase 240Volt, 50Hz suitable for charging batteries upto 12volt 6Amps hours to 180AH with accessoires all as specified and as directed

M&L for maintenance of submersible pump starter panel by replacing / repairing of necessary spares as per existing capacity / type required for healthy operation of the submersible motor like contacts of various types/capacity, over load relay, single phase preventor, voltage fluctuation protector, ammeter/voltmeter of exiting size/capacity and type, 3phase indicator lamps complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for development of existing tube well at any location, with compressor of capacity not less than 1000cum/hour and 600Psi, till clear water is obtained and re-stabilising the disturbed well including taking out pump set, column pipe, etc. as required and reinserting the same on completion, complete all as specified and as directed Note: Log charts of development work and test report of potability of water achieved shall be submitted on placing of claim for the work

Supply and filling in pea gravel (clean, hard, durable, round shaped, free from foreign / deleterious materials) of size 3 to 6mm, around housing pipe through necessary gravel feed pipe complete all as specified and as directed Note: Sample shall be got approved from the GE. Quantity brought in shall be entered in MB prior to filling in

M&L for removing / taking out non-clog type submersible sewage pumping set capacity upto 15HP from sewage well, with column pipe, duck foot bend etc., dewatering all sewage water with pump lifting, dismantling the pump for assessing and making good for running conditions by repair / replacement of all unserviceable spare parts like upper lower bearing, seal assembly, bottom plate, cable gland, neoper cable protector, cable seal, cable clamp and screw, plug joint ring, gasket neoper, circlip spring, impeller key, impeller nut, electronic timer, eye bolt, etc. as required and replacement of O ring set, full fasteners set & Nitrile `O` ring set, checking of all bearings & mechanical seal by cleaning greasing and reassembling the same including hydraulic air testing and balancing, changing of lubricant oil, re-assembling, lowering the same into the sewage well and making necessary connections, testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for decanning of used lubricant oil of non-clog sewage submersible pumps and cleaning the oil chamber and filling the same with fresh lubricanting oil of existing make complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewinding of motor 15HP of non-clog type submersible sewage pumping set with suitable size of copper winding wire including all insulation material & motor winding provided with thermal switches for protection against excesive temperature rise complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for carbon steel chain / saungal 10mm thick suitable for holding non- clog submersible pumping set of capacity 15 HP top to bottom 15m long complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for desilting and cleaning of sewage wells of depth 10m to 12m, taking out sludge manually or using mechanical pumps, diesel driven, with fuel, operator, etc. and all necessary tools / plants including loading and carting off the drawn sludge, waste material, scum, spoil water, etc. outside MD land through designated sludge carriers / bio tanks complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for taking out defective monoblock pump sets upto and including 20HP from its existing platform/location by disconnecting electric and water connections by making proper arrangement for stopping open pipe flow using dead plate, transportation to work shop and refixing same in location after necessary repair and making electric and water connections and testing for operations complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for opening of pump, taking out impeller, bush, bearing shaft, stuffing box, reassembling the same after replacing the defective parts & carrying out the necessary repair, cleaning the slot, stator, remetalling, turning, polishing the pump shaft, replacement of steel studs and unserviceable nuts & bolt, repair / replacement of ball bearing, impellor, stuffing box, greasing, varnishing, etc. and testing on completion and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets:
