OUTSOURCING OF NARMADA WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION FILTRATION PLANT MAP PUMP HOUSE AND SUPPLY OF WATER DISTRIBUTION CHEMICALS FOR WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION, SWIMMING POOL AND CONNECTED ITEMS INCLUDING REPAIR TO REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT UNDER GE (ARMY) BHU

Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of Filtration plant of capacity 6 MLD including pump houses round the clock in three shifts per day from Monday to Sunday, deploying one FGM in each shift (each shift of eight hours continuous duration) with operation and maintenance of Centrifugal Pump Sets of Capacity 75 HP, Submersible pump set of 40 HP Cap, DG Set 200 KVA, chloronome plant, Alum dozer, auto oil immersed starters and LT Panel boards, Sluice valve ,all located at Filteration plant complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. One FGM shall be operating & maintaining Filtration Plant and connected Pump House Assets (Located within 1000 m distance) at a time for three Shifts of 8 Hrs per Day. The Scope of Work also comprises of following :- (a) Regular cleaning of sedimentation tank by drain out the raw water, cleaning the complete walls, water channels, CI pipe and PVC Trough (Tray) fitted in Channels with wire/nylon brush and taking out sludge, floating materials all as Specified and directed. (b) Regular back washing of filtration plant including cleaning of filtration plant walls, water channels and removal of sludge with wire/nylon brush complete up to suitable position of water. (c) Regular cleaning, servicing the Alum Dozer , making solution of alum ferric, and making operational the mechanism of alum dozer, greasing/oiling the gears and making good for purification of water, complete all as specified and directed. (d) Chlorination of water by adding Liquid Chlorine including operation and maintenance of chloronome plant to meet 2.00 PPM value of chlorination at water point, all as specified and directed. (e) All T&P for routine maintenance and operation will be arranged by the contractor. (f) The material which ever required for maintenance and cleaning of sedimentation tank, filtration plant, chloronome plant and complete area of filtration plant shallbe provided by the Contractor. (g) Alum, Liquid chlorine,DHPP for DG set will be issued by the department. (h) The Contractor shall arranged and provide Grease,Oil,gland packing to pump set . (i) Any minor repair upto cost of Rs 1000/- per month with in the Installation which are esential to run installation will be carried out by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in Scheduele. In case of major fault/defect the same will be reported to AGE E/M for making necessary rectication arrangement . (j) The Contractor shall maintain and supply Stationery i.e log sheet of pump sets, Chlorine testing Register, RO Water filling registster, handing/taking over register etc whenever required. (k) The Contractor will kept Filteration Plant Area neat and clean so that those are maintained in presentable condition always.and if installation and surrounding area found unsatisfactorily by GE/Engr-in-charge a panel recovery of Rs 250/- per day will be recovered. Note:- 2 The contractor will employ more manpower to carry out the duties assigned above and no extra payment will be made on this account. Rates quoted by him will be deemed to be included in Sch.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of pump house including water distribution system of JCOs and ORs Md Accn at MAP in two shift per day from Monday to Sunday, deploying one FGM in each shift (each shift of eight hours continuous duration) with operation and maintenance of Centrifugal Pump Sets of Capacity up to 30 HP including starters and LT Panel boards, DG Set 63 KVA all located at MAP Pump house, all as specified and directed. Note:1. One FGM shall be operating & maintaining Pump house and water supply distribution system of JCOs and ORs Md Accn at MAP area (located within 1000 metres radial distancwe) at a time. 2.The timing of shift shall be decided by the Eng-in-charge and that may vary depending upon the water received from Narmada pump house. The contractor / his men will personally get orders for the timing of shift from Eng-in-charge daily. The Scope of Work also comprises of following :- (a) All T&P for routine maintenance and operation will be arranged by the contractor. (b) The material which ever required for cleaning of Pump house area shall be provided by the Contractor. (c) DHPP for DG set will be issued by the department. (d) The Contractor shall arranged and provide Grease,Oil,gland packing to pump set . (e) Any minor repair upto cost of Rs 1000/- per month with in the Installation which are esential to run installation will be carried out by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in Scheduele. Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of STP pump house at MAP Accn in one shift per day from Monday to Sunday, deploying one FGM in each shift ( shift of eight hours continuous duration) with operation and maintenance of Centrifugal Pump Sets of Capacity up to 15 HP including starters and LT Panel boards, all located at MAP Pump house, all as specified and directed. Note:1. One FGM shall be operating & maintaining One Pump house (2).One Shift of 8 Hrs per Day. The timing of ther shift shall be decided by the Eng-in-charge. The contractor / his men will personally get orders for the timing of shift from Eng-in-charge daily. The Scope of Work also comprises of following :- (a) All T&P for routine maintenance and operation will be arranged by the contractor. Outsourcing of servicing for manning & operation of three number of ION exchange RO plants at narmada filtration plants under GE(A) Bhuj in two shifts per day from Monday to Sunday deploying one FGM in each shift (Each shift of eight hours continuous duration) with operation and maintenance of following plants/equipment etc. (at each plant), located at Filtration Plant under (GE (Army) Bhuj, all as specified and directed :(a) FRP sand filter -01 No at each plant. (a) Raw water pump 05 HP-01 No at each plant (b) High pressure pump 10HP -01 No at each plant.(d) Control panel board -01 No at each plant. (c) Booster pump-01 No at each plant. Note :One FGM shall be operating & maintaining Three number of RO plants at a time.

S & F in repair / replacement bag filter 4" x 20", type Multimedia filter, filteration grade - 5 micron and flow rate not less than 3000 Ltr per hour all as per sample complete all as specified and directed.
