Sub Head - I Operation and Maintenance - Man power Requirement. Providing Operation and Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations monthly at entire Operational Area includes Old & New ATC cum Technical Block, Fire station, Navaids, STP building, Hangars (For availing source of power supply only) comprising GLF Systems, CCRs, 03 nos. DG Sets upto 500 KVA with AMF Panels, Power Supply Distribution Systems, Transformers upto 630 KVA, Water Pump Sets, Lifts, High Mast Towers, Flood Lights, Street Lights, Perimeter Road Lights , Fire Hydrant System (only operations), HVAC-VRV system (only operations) all Internal & External E. I. works, Old & New ATC power houses, Fire station, i/c 33 KV HT panel, all LT panels & Feeder pillars, APFC panel, ALCMS, UPSs (2 nos x80 KVA and 2 nos x180 KVA) including other minor ancillary & related installations covering the scope of operations, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all days including Sundays & Holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panels at power houses and the services of all other E & M installations shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in three shifts daily, each shift of 8 hours) as per specification and as required. (Minimum Manpower engaged shall be as per special condition of contract and particular specification of contracts)

Repair and rewinding of submersible pump motor upto 5 HP Job includes transportation of motor, dismantling and rewinding with the same gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn-out/ defective parts i.e. bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearings, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing , assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pumps of various capacities (upto 5 HP) due to defect in existing pump on urgent basis within a short notice including connection of cable, jointing of cable etc with successful testing & commissioning complete as required.

Repair and overhauling of AMF panels i/c Checking of control circuits, interlocking , checking of healthiness of all components including AMF Relays etc as complete and as per direction of EIC(Faulty spares to be provided by AAI )
