Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 66KW / 82.5 KVA, SILENT Diesel Generating Set with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure comprising of “Cummins” Model 6 BTAA 5.9-G13, Radiator Cooled, Diesel engine as per new CPCB II norms developing 105 BHP @ 1500 RPM, complete with standard accessories coupled to “Stamford” Alternator rated at 66 KW / 82.5KVA at 415Volts, mounted on Channel Iron Base Frame Fuel Tank of suitable capacity and Batteries.AMF Panel suitable for 82.5 KVA DG set Inlieu of Manual Panel with double contactor (for DG), AMF relay, Battery charger and standard accessories.

Supply and Fixing of MS Exhaust Pipe of 125mm dia cladded with 50mm thick Glasswool insulation covered with 24SWG Aluminium sheet

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. Details of cost for one Set

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply and laying of 1C X 50qmm Flexible Copper Coductor Cables in Ground/Trench.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 1C X 50Sqmm Cable.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing MS supports in angles/iron plates/pipes/channels/beams etc., as per Drawings / instructions at site including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

Supply & Laying of 100mm Dia GI Pipe in ground including excavation and backfilling.
