First class brick work ratio 1:4 with cement and fine sand using fine sand including cost of all labour and material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete in ratio1:2:4 on top with cement coarse sand and 20mm size brick ballast in foundation including the cost of all labour and material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

12mm thick plaster in ratio of 1:4 with cement and fine sand mortar with proper finishing including 20mm size stone ballast and all labour and material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Filling of earth under the floor and cavity including the cost of earth obtained from outside the corporation area for proper completetion of work including filling watering, ramming and leveling, etc.

First class brick work soiling of flooring which includes laying of brick flat edge filling of sand in between the joints including preparation of base laying for soiling including cost of all labour and material and T&P required for proper completion of work.
