M&L for preparing old treated surface of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, grease spots etc including cornices and pillasters and applying one coat of white wash on wall all as specified and directed (Internally/Externally)

All as per item No 1 here in before but on ceiling surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface by washing, rubbing down and stopping of previously painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement based paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of walls and cornices by washing, rubbing down and stopping of previously painted surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, grease spots etc including cornices and pillasters and applying one coat of oil emuision distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted wood/wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on concrete or brick/stone walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on precast concrete block masonry or similar surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in two layers 10mm thick with cemetn mortar 1:6 and 5mm thick with cement mortar 1:4, finishing coat mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on concrete or brick/block masonry or similar surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on RCC roof slab mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed . Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls including cornices and pillasters and applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of approved shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre per 10sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old treatment from wall surfaces by scapping down and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of approved shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre per 10sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old treatment from wall surfaces by scapping down and applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking out of existing roof treatment of any description by wire brushing and cleaning top surface with water and remove the rubbish to outside MD land etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 25 to 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to achieve required slope and thickness, including filling the cracks in the roof slabs with cement putty using bonding agent, Shalocrete 42 or equivalant bonding agent as approved and brushing with neat cement slurry at 3 Kg per sqm on concrete surfaces, concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing APP modified water proofing membrane thickness not less than 4mm and weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester, matt black finished (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm), laying by torch application including minimum 100mm overlap over compatible primer @ 0.40Litre/sqm and finishing with solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gms /sqm complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Litres and not exceeding 500 liters, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 Litrers and not exceding 1000 liters, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and directed
