Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rocks and boulders requiring for blasting) including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P shoring and shuttering and dewatering if required etc. comp. as directed by EIC.

Earth Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth from outside within 5Kms. lead including laying, watering and ramming inclusive of all cost of labour , T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Filling foundation and plinth with river sand, well watered, rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties of materials, cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

P.C.C .of prop.(1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm. size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compleete as per direction of EIC.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in Foundation.

R.C.C M-20 grade concrete with 20mm & down graded hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying concrete, watering and curing for three weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty of all material, dismantling the centering, shuttering work after the period as specified by the EIC and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect, excluding cost of reinforcement, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills. in Plinth Beam.

Quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work including cost,head load, conveyance of HYSD bars (Fe500) and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour, T&P required to comp. in all respect as directed by the EIC.
