Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half M sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including mixing of concrete with mixer machine, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Preparation of stock plan by using two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental expenses etc.,

Repairs and refixing existing ventilators including labour charges for removel of all demaged materials and fixing new including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Removing and Replacing the existing rusted bottom plates, laths, locking arrangements etc.. Rolling shutters and servicing the samecleaning soft, beraring, spring and guide channel and applying grease for smooth operation for pull and push etc., complete,

Supplying assembling and Errection of Candilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. There Candilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be filled with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS pipes, Angle, and Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the candilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.)

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., including removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works)

Painting the walls with Plastic emulsion paint two coats over one coat of primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the emulsion paint shall be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use of work).

Painting two coats with priming coats using best quality cement paints with priming coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete complying with standared specfication

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts or best quality of bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m+0.5m projection+0.5m upto the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with silver oak planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete form using coir and nails,etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.
