Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Organization/firms/companies having minimum 3 year's experience in providing similar services (Housekeeping Services) are eligible to participate.

Others -- As mentioned in column Supporting documents to be submitted duly attested by the Notary.

Experience of providing Housekeeping services average during preceding three financial years 2023-24 to 2025-26 (Combining all the 3 years) to Pvt/ Govt/ Semi Govt/ undertakings not less than the 50% of tender value of the concerned unit.

The bidder Should have valid registration certificate of the following from the appropriate Govt. agencies. as mentioned in tender document

Others -- Relevant Registration Certificates shall be furnished.

Financial Status

Annual turnover should be double the tender estimated value of concerned unit during previous three years from 2023-24 to 2025-26, Shall be supported by the Audited Balance Sheets, Trading/Profit and Loss Account, and certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant in the format as at Section 3G.
