Outsourcing of Housekeeping works in CMWSSB Administrative Office Building for a period of two years 2026 2028

Housing keeping of lobby in all floors officers cabin, section and open to sky area in and around the CMWSS Board campus including terrace of A.O.B. and annex building as directed at site. Removal of garbage twice in a day collecting and disposing the garbage and other collections to the near by Corporation dustbin by engaging Sweepers/Helpers. Upkeeing of 13 Nos. of Ladies Toilet and 12 Nos. of gents toilets and all officers toilet removing of garbage from the dustbins, cleaning of wash basins twice in a day by engaging male and female scavenger. Maintenance of the garden in and around the A.O.B. watering, periodical trimming, planting of new plants etc., as directed at site. by engaging a gardener. Maintenance of all water and sewer service lines by plumber.And also monthly cleaning of under ground and overhead tank at A.O.B. and providing disinfection rodent control of A.O.B (20 traps/day).
