REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF FLOORING, TILING AND CONNECTED BR WORKS AT TRG AREA AT LANSDOWNE.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles(Matte/Gloss Finish) of size not less than 450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 incl dismantling of wall tiling and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pattern/Texture and Finish of wall Tile is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exec. 0.09 sqm but not exec. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 6 incl dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of Tile must be decide by Engr in charge

M&L for scratch & Joint free Glazed(Porcelain) Vitrified Tiles(GVT)/Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles(PGVT) 9mm-10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of GVT(Matt Finish)/PGVT(Glossy Finish) must be decide by Engr in charge 2.Glazed Coating on GVT/PGVT must not be less than 1mm.

All as per Item No. 03.00 above but in skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in flooring of floor/steps 18-20 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 & cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & and polishing incl demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab work(table rubbed and polish) of approved quality of required size in Floor,Wall, Platform ,steps/riser and like bedded and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement(1:2) usig marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including granite polish to be done by mechanical grinder incl demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking incl demolition of old Stone slabs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shape, size and colour of interlocking paver block is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old Stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough incl demolition of cement concrete in ground floor complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as sp & dir.
