Day to day maintenance of Golf Course at Basundhara Area for 2 years 2026-28.

Maintenance of Basundhara Golf Course at Basundhara Area by deployment of unskilled labour, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of Work: The work shall comprise comprehensive day-to-day maintenance, housekeeping, and upkeep of the entire Basundhara Golf Course premises from boundary to boundary, including all greens, tees, fairways, roughs, pathways, drains, peripheral areas, Golf Club Building, hutments, allied structures, utilities and other appurtenant facilities, with the following activities: (a) Levelling and dressing of the area including breaking of clods, rolling and preparation of surface suitable for grassing. (b) Collection and planting of grass, manuring of soil, spreading of sand uniformly over the surface and watering of the entire area. (Raw water connection shall be provided by the department free of cost). (c) Application of pesticides as and when required. (Pesticides shall be supplied by the contractor and paid separately as per actuals). (d) Rolling of grassed surface for smoothness and mowing/cutting of grass at regular intervals to maintain proper finish. (e) Upkeep of entire golf course area free from unwanted vegetation; maintaining greens and tees in lush green, smooth and well-dressed condition at all times, including maintenance of hutments and allied structures, complete. (Manure, sand and earth shall be supplied by the contractor and paid separately as per actuals). (f) Operation and maintenance of pumps, valves and sprinkler system including watering of the golf course. (g) Preventing entry of stray animals into the golf course premises and carrying out all incidental/miscellaneous works. (h) Sweeping, cleaning and upkeep of golf building and surrounding field area using required tools and equipment. (i) Comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of the entire Golf Course premises from boundary to boundary, including the areas along and around the outer boundary wall/fencing, shall be under the contractor's jurisdiction. The scope shall include removal of litter, leaves, branches, weeds, bushes, silt, garbage and other unwanted materials from all greens, fairways, roughs, pathways, roads, drains, peripheral areas, boundary lines, fencing/wall surroundings, open spaces and all other accessible locations within and immediately around the Golf Course premises, ensuring the entire area remains clean, hygienic, obstruction-free and presentable at all times. (j) Any other works like carrying out all preparatory, maintenance and housekeeping works required during golf tournaments, VIP visits and other official programmes, including any additional works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for smooth conduct of such events during tournaments/programmes to be held at Golf course. The contractor shall deploy the prescribed manpower as stipulated in the Scope of Work. In case of any short deployment, proportionate deduction shall be made from the contractor's bill on a pro-rata basis for the actual period of deficiency. Payment Schedule: Sl. Clearing and cutting of grass (short/tall), rank vegetation and weeds by using heavy-duty petrol-driven brush cutter/grass cutting machine of reputed make (minimum 35–45 cc engine capacity, air-cooled 2-stroke, backpack or handheld type) fitted with metal blade/nylon trimmer head suitable for heavy vegetation, including daily operation of machine, hire charges of equipment, operator, fuel (petrol with 2T oil), lubricants, consumables, routine maintenance, and all leads and lifts, complete to achieve uniform clean finish, including collection and disposal of cut grass/waste within specified lead, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting and mowing of grass, including removal of rank vegetation and weeds, using high-quality petrol-operated lawn mower machine of reputed make, heavy-duty industrial grade, equipped with sharp rotary cutting blade system suitable for uniform lawn finishing, complete with deployment of trained operator, fuel (petrol), lubricants, consumables, routine maintenance and all tools & plants required for efficient operation, including collection and disposal of cut grass/waste within specified lead, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy-duty adjustable impact tower sprinkler system for irrigation of lawns and large green areas, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including sturdy metal tripod base with adjustable height (approx. 21 inch to 50 inch), pulsating/impact type sprinkler head with adjustable coverage pattern from 20° to 360° and throw up to about 85 ft diameter covering large area, complete with all fittings and accessories for functional operation.

Supplying, providing, and fixing heavy-duty 3-layer PVC braided flexible hose pipe of [25 mm nominal diameter] for water supply, including fixing to adjustable rotary/fixed spray sprinkler nozzle with flow control, complete with necessary brass/plastic adapters, hose clamps, connectors and all fittings required for leak-free operation, suitable for irrigation of golf course tee areas, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking at work site coarse clean sand with all lead and royalty, all complete.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).
