M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished to smooth mirror finish), machine cut, colour Mexican Red/Ruby Red/Z black/Paerl black etc design/pattern as directed including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours/shades as in floors, trades of steps, cill cooking platform etc set and bedded over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite slabs& cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed. (b) Apply a coat of advance dammp proof protective wall sealer (c) Apply one or more coat of water proof putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces (d) Apply a coat of acylic primer over the putty surface (e) Two coats of oil bound washable distemper complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and filling light weight AAC bats (of size 40-60mm) with cement mortar mixed in the ratio 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 block bats) including mixing of approved water proofing compound in recommended proportion, the laid AAC bats mix shall be well rammed and compacted as required; care shall be taken prior to filling all pipes passing through sunk portion such as the pipes are pressure tested by maintaining pressure for 24 Hours and junctions of pipes passing through walls, slabs are well grouted and sealed; this shall be tested by ponding water for required depth and maintaining for 75 Hours complete all as required and as directed. (Note: (I) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of AAC bats, cement mortar, top screed, labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights, (ii) For payment the area of sunken slab and depth of filling including the thickness of screed shall be measured)

M & L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors of toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying 2mm thick Acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane coating over the concrete syrfaces by mixing Acrylic emulsion cement modifier and water based concrete bonding agent and water including testing the same for 48 hours as per the manufacturer's technical specification complete all as specified and as directed Make: (a) Polymer modified non shrinking slurry = CEBEX 100 of M/S Fosroc or equivalent product of M/s. Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre, having dart pick up resistant, silicon enhanced, UV resistant and PU enhanced property over a coat of alkali resistant primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed.
