Providing and fixing Stainless Steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i.e. fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dush fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in charge. (for payment only wt of the stainless steel member is to be considered. No extra payment for fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc wil be considered.)

CEMENT CONCRETE WORK : Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). (a) In prop 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume

PRE CONSTRUCTION ANTI - TERMITE TREATMENT : Pre construction anti - termite treatment in the back fill in immediate contact with the foundation structure after completion, column, wall etc. to a depth of 450mm and width 300mm (when required refill in 200mm thick layers) applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter towards the concrete and masonry walls so as to ensure earth in contact with the structure well treated - with chemical (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

BRICK WORK : Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a). Brick on flat soling.

Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In proportion 1:4.

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) (A) 112mm thick brick wall (a) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4. (1 cement : 4 sand)

WOOD WORK : Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified. (b) With 1st class timber (Bonsum/ Sundi)

Providing, fitting and fixing full panelled doors/ windows including oxidised M.S butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55mm) with necessary screws (other fittings to be measured and paid separately ) B) With 1st class local wood (Gamari/Hollock/Bonsum ) (ii) 35 mm thick.

PVC DOOR FRAME : Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber hollow section having dimensions of 50mmx60mm (Toletance + 1mm). Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after inserting M.S. tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size 100mmx100mm or plastic brackets of size 75mmx75mm with metred cut at the corners. Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mmx20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of Duroplast DPS 3720 make made fromm extruded PVC stiles and rails made from rigid PVC multicavity hollow chamber section of size 90mmx37mm (Toletance+ 1mm). The corners of the stiles and rails shall be metred out and fixed to each other with the help of solid plastic L-shaped brackets or M.S. rectangular tubular galvanised two nos of size 200mmx100mm and 100mmx100mm at each corner by self tapping steel screws. PVC multicavity hollow section of size 105mmx37mm shall be fixed in the middle by aluminium cleat and steel screws as lock rail. The section frame shall then be filled with PVC panels of approved colour of size 100mmx20mm. Then two numbers of bright steel rods of 6mm diameter shall be inserted horizontally through stiles and panels with two numbers of checknuts and washers all complete as specified and directed at all levels. (Door fixtures and fittings to be measured and paid seperately)

Providing, fitting and fixing coloured anodised aluminium windows and ventilators of standard sections of approved brand without horizontal glazing bars joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant IS specifications) fitted with 6mm x 3.15mm lugs 100mm long embedded in CC blocks 150mm x 100mm x 100mm in 1:3:6 mix including providing and fixing handles, frictions stays, joining cleat, bolting device, locking arrangement, spring catch as required complete as specified and directed for all levels.(Cement concrete to be measured and paid separately). a) Side hung and Top hung windows and ventilators (iv) 5 mm clear glass

Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/ Sika/ Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (ii)Thickness = 1.0mm thick

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (ii)Thickness = 1.0mm thick

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (a). Acrylic Emulsion Paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac)
