Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Taking down shutters and refixing of shutter of any description exceeding 1.0 Sq m but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m in same opening after repar including suitable size hinge, if necessry for shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters and refixing of shutter of any description exceeding 2.0 Sq m in same opening after repar including suitable size hinge, if necessry for shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old steel window and ventilators any type including guard bars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted unit rate under this item shall deemed to be included (i) one shop coat of primer (ii) a coat of bitumen paint of inner side of pressed steel door frame before filling of PCC.

S&F for 1.25 mm thick pressed steel frames of size 165 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling in pressed steel door complete all as specified and directed. M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling under steel door frames & hold fast blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed brackets for door frames and cooler stand made of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and used for step/stairs, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
