S&F in repairs Single pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, including necessary fasteners fixed for lighting protection with necessary connections to earthing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including provision of saddle insulator, fixing screws suitable for running the strip, fixed to walls/columns / beams etc., with saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spread at 1m c/c, including making grooves, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including provision of porcelane insulator, fixing screws suitable for running the strip, fixed to walls/columns / beams etc., with saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spread at 1m c/c, including making grooves, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Test point terminal box of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw and connecting to earth strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead and GI pipe 50mm bore. medium grade for earth lead protection to the extent of maximum of 7.5mtr, Earth plate electrode sorrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of charcoal and common salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plates by means of GI bolts & Nuts complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to panel/DB/lightening protection test point including testing on completion including main earthing,charcoal, common salt, including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab of 50mm thick with 6nos 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, MS Funnel with 20mm bore, medium grade, galvanised iron watering pipe, wire mesh including earth work excavation, return filling, removal of suplus soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.
