(90.15.1.1) 2.Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 100W LED Flood light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing, acrylic cover complete with THD less than 10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer) [90.15.4.7] 3.Supply, fabrication, conveyance and erection of the 40mm dia of 'B' class GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same at the top of the octoganal pole, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc. as required. (for lantern carriage suitable for accomodating 5Nos. flood light luminaires symmetrically) [90.3.18.3] 4.Earth work excavation in ordinary soil and depositing with a lead up to 50mand lift upto 1.50m including banking. (for foundation earth work 0.60x0.60x2m size) 5.Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm (nominal size} broken stone for reinforced concrete work.(for foundation concrete 0.55x0.55x2m size)6.Reinforcement for R.C.C works,bend tied and placed in position( plain grill requiring bend cold) using for steel ( for foundation reinforcement 14mm,8mm tor steel) 7.Plastering with cement mortar 1:4. 12mm thick one coat. 8.Form work for reinforced cement concrete in slabs including wooden planks,joists,bamboo posts and labour for taking down after completion of work.(Hire and labour charges only) 9.Supplying and clamping 20 mm dia corrugated PVC flexible conduit with necessary compression gland with locking ring and-check nut at termination pointed using suitable size GI painted MS saddles spacing not exceeding 60cms on surface including making good the damages.calour washing etc. as required. 11.Supply and drawing 3 core 2.5 sq. mm. multi-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to 1S 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required. (9.1.1) 17.Supply of superior quality aluminium tubular cable socket and making core termination of cables of the following sizes incluiding crimping ete. as required. 6sqmm. 18.Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench. 50/38 mm or nearest size. ( 90.12.9.2) 19.Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.(od14959/2019_2020) 20.Providing and fixing 25mmx3mm G.I strip earth lead from the test joint to the earth plate. (od14961/2019_2020) 21.Supply and drawing 2.65mm copper conductor (12 SWG) (od21802/2019 _2020) 22.Supply and laying bare earthing conductors of the following sizes laid 0.6 m below ground level including excavating trench of suitable size and refilling etc. as required (in ordinary soil) 3.15mm copper conductor.(10SWG) (od21872/2019_ 2020) 23.Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for 3.15 mm (10 SWG) earth conductor including crimping etc.as required. (od21884/2019_2020)24.Supply and providing 25 x 6 mm GI bolt & nut sizes with washers on the existing MS box / earth bus etc. as required including drilling necessary holes as required. 25.25x6mm brass bolt&nut. 26.Fabrication of fully partioned,dust and vermin and whether proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility,hinged doors,earthing the doors using 4sqmm braided copper conductor,providing necessary cut outs forswitch gears, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. (90.14.1.1) 27.Fabrication,supply, conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board using suitable size angle iron,cut and welded to shape including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer,bolting the frame to the panel using required bolt and nuts,fixing the whole to the wall,making good the damages etc. as required.(for making lantern carriage suitable for accomodating flood light luminaires in pole top and meter board support) (90.14.5) 28.Supply and providing heavy duty 'A' section neoprene gasket in the panel board 'A' section neoprene beeding suitable for 1.60/ 2.00 mm sheet. (90.14.3.1) 29.Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure complete with handle assembly, door interlock and pad locking arrangement of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to wall using necessary bolts & nuts, fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages, colour washing etc. including giving necessary connections as required. (including cost of HRC fuse links in case of SDF/ SDFCO),32 A, 230 V, 50 Hz,AC 23 A duty, DP switch disconnector unit with fuses. (2.10.3) 33.Do - 25 A. rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts,RCCB, 30 mA (2.15.1) 34.Do - 5 amps to 32 amps rating - Do - Single pole (2.10.1 ) 35.Supply and fixing 20A 230V Hz 24h Timer switch (Legrand/L&T/Siemens) make on existing panel and giving connections with extending original wiring etc. as required. 36.Supply and fixing 9 A 2 pole AC 1/3 rated mini power contractor with 1 NO + NC auxilary contacts & with AC coil and giving connections etc. as required. 37.Supply and wiring with 650/1100 V grade PVC insulated stranded single care copper conductor cables conforming IS 694 part 1 1990 for interconnecting the control devices/ equipment’s including providing suitable size sockets at the termination points, keeping the wiring firm by suitable tie/tie mounts/ PVC duct etc. as required.1.50 sq mm single run with required sockets & numbering. (1.17.1) 4.00sqmm single run without sockets. 38.Fabrication. supply. convevance and installation of name board with CRCA sheet with required insriptions such as LAC - ADS - 2018 - 19 and the required names etc. supported by using suitable size angle iron frame work including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing the whole near the mini mast pole as required including two nos. photographs.
