Supply and fixing 6 mm. (1/4") China white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or Dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry. Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:4 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Supply & fixing of Flush Doors commercial quality conforming to l. S. 2202 Part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats & stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts locks, handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan paint on all iron fitting if necenssary.
