PROVIDING SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND MANNING OF WATER SUPPLY AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS AT ICGS VADINAR AND ICGS OKHA UNDER GE I CG PORBANDAR

SCHEDULE 'A'

Outsourcing of services for operation of 11 KV Sub Station , TOP, round the clock including sundays and holidays including daily maintenance of VCBS, DG Set etc, by one skilled electrician all as specified and directed. Installation Location : ICGS Vadinar Routine maintenance of equipments installed are as under :- Transformer 315 KVA Control Panels DG Set cap 100 KVA - 01 nos Note :- (i) Power Factor of Sub stations is to be maintained not less than 0.95.If the power factor is less than 0.95, the same shall be brought to the knowledge of the concerned JE, in writing for taking necessary corrective measures, if there is any failure in intimation and has resulted in penalty by PGVCL, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty. (ii) Maintain records as directed by JE E/M or Engr-in-charge (iii) Cleaning inside and outside/sorrounding of the installation are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) Replacement of DO fuse including material is deemed to be included in the unit rate . (v)Diesel for operation of DG sets,shall be issued under Sch 'B' at Free of Cost. The transportation from store yard to installation shall be borne by the contract.The barrels required for collection and storing of Diesel shall be proividing by the department.

Outsourcing of services for operation of pump set of any cap installed at Water Supply installation including ,dozing pump etc for 8 hours (in 1 shifts) including sundays and holidays by FGM and routine maintenance of Pumps, Machinery installed, all as specified and directed. Installation Location : ICGS Vadinar Details of Installed Machinery :- Centrifugal/Monoblock Pump Set - 02Nos Dozing Plant, Control Panel, Control Valves Note :- (i) Operator will maintain the record of Chlorination. (ii) Maintain the record of installation as per format given by JE E/M (iii) Cleaning inside and outside/surrounding of installation are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) The valves shall be operated on number of times, in a day as directed by JE.

Installation Location : ICGS Arambhada Routine maintenance of equiments installed Deemed to be included in unit rate. Note :- (i) Maintain the record as directed by JE E/M or Engr-in-charge. (ii) Diesel for operation of DG sets,shall be issued under Sch 'B' at Free of Cost. The transportation from store yard to installation shall be borne by the contract.The barrels required for collection and storing of Diesel shall be proividing by the department. (iii) Cleaning inside and outside the installation deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply only calcium hypochlorite granules having 65 % available chlorine, in 45 Kg pack of approved make

Note for item no 1.to 5 :- 1. Please note, in case of exigency, the contractor shall be asked to employ operators for operation of installtions located in other stations, as per the requirement, under the jurisdiction of GE I (CG), porbandar. The additional shifts performed shall be paid at the unit rates quoted against respective items of this schedule.
