Decarbonising / cleaning complete of HT 11KV 3 phase bus bar & bus bar chamber, all electrical connections complete HT VCBs/OCBs/Bus coupler arrangment after removing the bus bar spout, cleaning with petrol and CRC 226 spray solution and ensure proper de-carbonisation, refixing the same after completion complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Calibration and testing of IDMT relays like earth fault, over load relay installed in sub station on HT VCBs/OCBs 11 KV panel and testing through recognised agencies by means of secondary injection method, setting of relay timings and play settings and fixing back the relays in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles erected truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 300x300x6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to pole, B-118 final, taper cap,bolts, nuts & screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-11 type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including drilling of holes of reqd size for fixing of cross arm, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with black & bitumenous paint externally for portion embedded in concrete, making five black & red bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternately,and marking pole NO.with black paint at suitable height complete all specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lugs or thimbles suitable for 10 Sqmm to 70 sqmm aluminum coductor cable suitable 1100 volts LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of lugs or thimbles suitable for 95 Sqmm to 240 sqmm aluminum coductor cable suitable 1100 volts LT Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 500 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hiring, transportation, installation and testing of serviceable transformer of existing capacity on hired basis in place of unserviceable transformer which is under repair and shifting back to workshop on hire basis for 15 days when ordered complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Note:- (1) Repairing of transformer shall not exceed beyond 15 days from the date of dismantling from original site, (2) Contractor shall not be allowed to shift hired transformer untill it is replaced by orginal one. (3) Hired transformer will match with the existing transformer with same voltage, vector group, impendence etc. (4) Incase the defective/unservicable transformer is not repaired with in stipulated period of 15 days a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be deducted and no extra cost willl be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured.

Material and labour for rewinding of LT side winding with copper strip/wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT side coil with supper enamelled Copper wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation,varnish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections complete of transformer capacity up to 63 KVA, 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from pole/floor/transformer shed with the help of Crane to carry out complete maint of transformer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii) Opening top cover, disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compactness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv) Chemical washing of winding to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v) Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi) Refixing of core & winding assembly and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts.

All as per item No.46 above but transformer capacity from 100 KVA to 200 KVA.

All as per item No.46 above but suitable for transformer capacity 250 KVA to 400 KVA.

Material and Labour for preparing the surfaces of transformer of capacity 63 to 100 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside complete all as specified and as directed. Note. Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformer. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. Shut down schedule for painting of transformer will be submitted in advance to plan shut down in the station. including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed for transformer of rating upto 100 KVA (Indoor/outdoor type).

All as per item No. 49 above but 200KVA to 250KVA (Indoor /outdoor type) complete all as specified.

M & L Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
