Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including necessary fittings, screws, wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work of Silhouette grooved design for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjustign level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 to 6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work including necessary fixing fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid incl preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall with screws/ plugs or adhesive to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 10 mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required including all stainless steel (Grade 304) patch fittings including 02 Nos of 450 mm long SS decorative look handles, SS lock of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall with one or more rebates including handle, tower bolt, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add for Powder Coating to Aluminium Anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each fix in aluminium frame with rubber beading complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hinges medium weight stainless steel of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, of extuded section and fixed of length 150 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodized, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made vitrified heavy duty coloured parking tiles, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition of old unserviceable PCC block masonry complele all as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair position phenol bonded bamboowood flooring with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over a prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, the bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum hardness 1000 Kgf with eco friendly/UV coating, complete all as per manufacturer instructions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair position phenol bonded bamboowood in wall/skirting with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 85 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs over underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum hardness 1000 Kgf with eco friendly/UV coating, complete all as per manufacturer instructions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
