Taking drawn carefully old aluminium/copper point wiring for one light, socket or power etc incl all fittings such as switches sockets, holders, light fittings, fan regulators etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall ceiling complete.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated cable with copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, multi stranded in and including PVC conduit and conduit accessories of 20 mm dia concealed on walls, roof etc with and including provn of 1.6mm thick MS terminal boxes concealed/surface in walls with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for fixing switches, switch sockets outlets etc including provn of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed as earth continuity cable for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 mentioned here-in-before but for One fan point controlled by one switch and regulator.

Material and Labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper cable working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with multi stranded copper conductor in including PVC rigid non metallic 25 mm PVC casing capping (double Lock) including PVC polycarbonate/PVC/rectangular block/box of suitable size fixed by means of brass machine screw and cap washer including size 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switches/DBs or common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand cat No 607715 or equivalent & approved model of SIEMENS/ MERLIN GERIN.

Supply & Fix Ceiling rose, surface Bakelite, large type, 220/240 volts, three terminals, white/ivory finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 4.0mm dia earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No-3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and fixing in replacement PLUTO NEO PANEL 42 Watt LED suitable for arm strong /grid ceiling with electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable with suitable size complete. Supply and fixing in replacement PLUTO 15 Watt LED suitable for arm strong /grid ceiling with electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable with suitable size complete. Supplying and fixing in replacement of HEXA10W IP-66 environmental friendly 10 Watt LED IP65 bulkhead luminaires with opal diffuser including 10 Watt LED Bulb and making necessary connections complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling and taking out ceiling fan 230 volts 1200/1400mm sweep any make cutting the old burnt winding rewinding with new super enameled copper wire as existing gauge including insertion of insulating papers threading and insulating with insulating warnish, lathe work, replacement of 2.25/3.15 MFD capacitor, replacement of MS split clamp 02 nos with rubber reel and painting after completion of rewinding process complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of size 6200 to 6204 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep. Make :- NBC/SKF.

Dismantling and taking out Exhaust fan 230 volts 200 to 450mm sweep any make cutting the old burnt winding rewinding with new super enameled copper wire as existing gauge including insertion of insulating papers threading and insulating with insulating warnish, lathe work, replacement of capacitor, replacement of gun metal bushes and painting after completion of rewinding process complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement heating element any shape of capacity 1.5/2 KW 230 volt AC supply for electric storage type water heater complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Racold/Bajaj/Havells.
