Supplying , Installation and commissioning of Single/multi stage Vertical turbine pump sets (make: Kirloskar /WPIL/ Mather & Platt/ Jyoti), approx as per IS 1710, capable of discharging 87 m3/hr against a head of 62 m, consisting of bowl assemblies, bronze impellers, suitable 45 feet column assembly with flange, stainless steel pump shaft, line shaft, spider Bush & bearing etc. with all accessories coupled with suitable hollow/solid squirrel cage induction motor confirming to IS:325 and IS:12615 IE3 TEFC, at least having 20% more BHP than that of pump, preferably operating on 1500rpm, 415V, 3 PH, 50 HZ [make: kirloskar, Jyoti, ABB, CGL, BHEL, JSL] all complete with required size of sluice valve and CIDF non- return valve standard fitting, strainers, foot valve, reducer, pressure gauge, etc. all complete job as per site requirement and direction of E/I. Discharging -87 m3/hr and Head - 62M (1W + 1S) .

Providing , erecting and commissioning LT Motor Control Panel board fabricated with MS sheet and painted, dust-vermin proof. Floor/wall mounted cubical Panel board shall be consisting of proper power distribution 250 A copper busbar- 4 pole, 1 no. 200 A MCCB as incoming feeder and 2 nos. 100A MCCB as outgoing feeders for motors, 1 no. 100 A MCCB as spare feeder (for motor), 2 no. 32A MCB for lighting and other loads. Including selector switches, switch disconnector isolator, Voltmeters, Ampere meters, MFM, indicator lamps, internal wiring, Danger board, protection units & relay, suitable capacitor banks(APFC) and 02 nos suitable preferably of higher capacity FASD starter, etc. all complete and as per IS and direction of E/I .)

Supplying, laying and erecting 3.5 core 95 sqmm XLPE/PVC insulated 11000 Volt grade armoured cable with ISI mark stranded/solid aluminium conductor, complete erected on wall/soil panel or in provided trenches in an approved manner for pole to main switch at pump house.

Supplying, laying and erecting 3 core, 35 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, 1100 V grade un-armoured cable with ISI mark stranded / solid copper conductor complete erected on wall/soil panel or in provided trench in an approved manner from panel to starter to motor.

Earthing and copper earth plate 600 ml x600ml x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonary with cover plate having locking arrangements and watering pipe 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required for chemical earthing.

Providing, Servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for out put voltage of 415 volt ± 1% , 3 phase, 50 Hz with copper wound taransformer (air/oil cooled) as mentioned below. The stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. The stabilizer should be constructed in cubical box, with bidirectional wheels for easy handling necessary monitors and user's controls on front panel such as indication, alarm, volt meter and selector switch for measuring input and out put voltagae, auto/manuel selector switch, raise/low push button etc. Suitable capacity termination strips and bus bars for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing with change over switch should be provided. All three phases shall be independently monotored and corrected. Following protections and indications shall be incorporated over voltage/under voltage single phasing cutoff contactor with electronic output sensing unit. Servo controlled 63 KVA automatic voltage stabilizer (output 415 volt ± 1%) input 150 to 450 volt.

Cost towards supply of 300 amp change over switch with frame.

Providing , erecting triple spur gear type chain pully block suitable for capacity as below with 6 meter lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50 % over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI Mark.

Supplying , Installation and commissioning of internal and external lighting by doing wiring and installing lumenaries e.g. suitable Wattage LED light fittings with standard lumen in pump house, gangway etc all complete for Raw Water Pumping Plant.

Supply, installation, erecting and commissioning of Lihtening arrestor, 2 Nos first-aid box, 2 Nos fire extinguher, 2 Nos rubber matting etc for pump house.
