Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for truss etc complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete .

Material and labour for providing and laying 20 mm to 25 mm thick machine-cut, mirror-polished Kota stone slabs in staircase treads in single piece (length not exceeding 1200 mm), at all heights and levels, comprising: cleaning and wetting substrate; laying over 15 mm average thickness screed bed in cement mortar 1:6; setting slabs over grey cement slurry mixed with matching pigment; forming two 3 mm × 3 mm anti-skid grooves along tread nosing; edge moulding/nosing; 7 days water curing; and multi-stage carborundum stone rubbing and mirror polishing, complete all as specified. (Note: Rates include 15 mm CM 1:6 screed bed, pigment-matched cement slurry, single-piece slab cutting, edge nosing/chamfering, two 3 mm × 3 mm anti-skid grooves, multi-stage rubbing, mirror polishing, and curing.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 15-20mm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, in single piece (of length not more than 1200mm) over & including 15mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 300X 450 X 7 mm thick as on cup board vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. in Bath, WC and Kitchen set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified
