Painting of foundation beams,Coloums,Aviation coloring of dome and other allied painting works of NH3 storage tank at W/Island.
Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.
Painting the top dome of NH3 storage tank with synthetic enamel paint 2 coats using approved brand & quality paint in red & white bands over 2 coats of Zinc Chromate yellow primer after cleaning the dome neatly with high pressure water jet spray etc at all heights including cost of all painting materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, hire for safety equipments etc.complete as per deptl instructions ( Aproximate area 1597 m2)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint 2 coats using approved brand & quality over the old painted surface after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions
Applying one coat of self priming coal tar epoxy paint, #Rust-O-Seal# of Asian Paints / #Protecteros CTE mastic# of Berger Paints or equivalent approved quality coal tar epoxy having volume of solids 70 % (aprox.) at all heights including cost of paint, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc.complete as per departmental instructions at site
Painting letters or figures (Aprox area 80 m2) by applying 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel over the tank shell of Ammonia storage at a height of 12 m (max) from FL including cost of paint, labour, scaffolding charges, safety eqipments etc.
