Construction of boundary wall to increased height and water proofing in roof of four buildings in OTM and at HQ DGBR Office complex (Seema Sadak Bhawan), Ring Road, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi (Retender)

Part-I (CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL TO INCREASED HEIGHT)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 1st quality weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion over and including 2mm thick exterior grade wall care putty and a coat of exterior primer of same manufacturer on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract. Make: Apex by Asian paints/weather coat (All Guard) by Berger paints/Excel by

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

All as per Item No 8 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

S&F MS work as in Y shape angle as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc in mild steel confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for preparation on new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

S&F Punched Tape Concertina Coil (PTCC) 610mm dia Coil having 50 turns and approximate weight 8.75 kg ± 5% and could be stretched to cover a distance of 5 - 7 meters over Y shape MS section including necessary binding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract. (Note: Material should conform to IS 4454 Part I and test certificate is required along with supply of material).

Part-II (Water Proofing on Roof)

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers as on roof. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of existing roof surface, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) cement concrete as in roof padding etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instructions when concrete is a still green etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract. (Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and separately)

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer confirming @0.50 ltr/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/sqm and applying APP based Polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-wove fabric (weight not less than 150grm/sqm) and sealing joints by torched application complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract. (Note:- Work be done through approved applicator only)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract.

M&L for plain cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick laid on cement mortar screed bed and incl joints grouted flush and pointing with grey cement and pigment in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge/OC Contract. (Note:- Work be done through applicator approved)
