Supplying and Filling in foundation and basement with filling exacavated earth in larges of not more than 15cm thick well rammed wateres and compacted including & Conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm iss HBG metal for foundation & flooring including labour charges etc., complete

Brick Work in cm 1:5 mix using country bricks ground maded of size 23x11x7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cmxand B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill, out including curing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and mixtures in RCC Works

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick including cost 8 and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc, as directed by departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortar 1:3-10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase steps, lands slabs etc as directed by departmental officers etc. complete compl

Paving the floor with Vetrified tiles 0.60mx0.6mx0.008m in all floors over a base layer 10 of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Paving the flooring with Step tiles Tiles in CM 1:3, 20mm thick in all floors over a base 11 layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 13 2 cm approved qty with CM. 1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distenber using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc, complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand 14 colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc complete

Supplying and fixing following electrical arrangement

Wiring with 2*1.5 mm2 (22/3) pvc insulated unsheathed sc Cu Conductor of 1100 v grade in suitable PVC ridged pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with tw switch box inflush with wall covered hylum sheet of 3 mm thick with painting of suitable Light and Fan point SD 17

Supply and fixing tube light fitting and all labor charges to complete (SD 87)

Supply and fixing PVC PLUG POINT and all labor charges to complete (SD 39)

Supply and runoff 2 of 6 mm2 (84/0.3) pvc insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 v on 7/20 Gi bearer wire for service connection main (SD 64)

Supplying and foxing of 1200mm(40")AC Ceilling fan with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1m down rod on the existing clamp (SD106)

Supplying and fixing of Steel Window including all charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing of Rolling Shutter including all charges etc complete

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of 18 approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors
