Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster/Grit wash of any description and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including demolition of old RCC covers of any description and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spi-rally for hooping for col-umns, hooking ends and binding with and in-cluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick of external surfaces of concrete/brick in two layers first layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and top layer or 5mm thick in cement morter 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only under respective item of Sch 'A'/BOQ

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and concrete work and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from old surface of wall and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and prepration surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 including Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced)of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel angle iron in fencing posts, and struts fixed independently without connecting plates, grill etc and cutting to required size and shape, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality including dismentaling of existing fencing post any type and size. Complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 including dismentaling old MS Frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron in fencing posts, and struts fixed independently without connecting plates, grill etc and cutting to required size and shape, conforming to gde Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality including dismentaling of existing fencing post any type and size. Complete all as specified and directed .

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of fencing posts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc including Dismentling of barbed wire of any description of any position Complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 450 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 including Dismentling of Concertina coil of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Concertina coil having 50 Rounds per 6 RM.

M & L for Dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular face of wall in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & Mass concrete , sub base including demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced)of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber molded glossy finish chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment to match including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick for laying floor finished including dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in Plinth protection, platform and floor including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth W/O using extra cement including Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced) of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000M complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:2:4 etc type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) pavement/ramp/floor finsihed even an smooth without using extra cement including Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced) of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000m complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 1.00 mm thickness of laths steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, complete : push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain incluing necessary form work including Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced) of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 m complete all as specified and directed..

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the plants/ vegetation upto Six story height including penefreated roots complete and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 6 th storey complete all as per specification and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP-2 laid and jointed in cement sand mortar 1:2 complete with coller of dia 300 mm with and including dismantling of or reinforced cement concrete drain pipe, jointed in in cement mortar and taking out trenches if required for complete all as directed complete all as directed

M&L for stainless steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted , or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including dismentaling old MS Frame work complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing the existing damages surface of path/road by cleaning-cutting to shape the surface and repairs with ready mix bituminous road material as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of open/covered drain and applying a spray of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg/Rm area for helthy hygenic atomoshphare including removing of sludge from existing site to at minimum distance of 1.5 Km from the crowded area and also spray of bleaching powder @ 1.00 Kg / Sqm on sludge obtain from existing site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete M-25 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid block as in kerb stone exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing old old PCC kerb stone and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Factory made precast plain / perforated RCC cover slab of grade M-30 size and thickness as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
