M&L for taking down carefully ceiling fans with fan down rod of any length by disconnecting electrical connections and fixing the same with new Anti suicide fan down rod 10 inch (off white color), hanging fan and making necessary electrical connectinons, testing fan for its smooth functioning. Antisucide Fan rod shall manufactured with inbuilt spring so as to brake and hang on spring when load on fan exceeds 20 kg. (Fan rods shall be tested and approved by Govt of India MSME Labotary) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (Light/ fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc, stacking at site for reuse or removing materials to store for keeping in for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces / walls/ floors etc,.

M&L for cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm into brick/concrete/stone masonary walls, with or without re-inforcement and trimming surface as required, including concealing PVC conduit 25mm dia with required accessories (like junction boxes/bends etc) and plastering in 1:4CM, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good with smooth finish to match with the existing specification of wall surface all specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm, multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS grade cable for phase and neutral, including 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green color) connected to common earth dolly, drawn in existing/new concealed conduit, GI terminal boxes not less than 1.0mm thick fixed flush to wall surface, covered with & including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or including modular plates of required size for mounting switch and sockets etc . complete all as specified and directed for following : - Note : Cutting into chases, concealing PVC conduits and making good to damaged surface shall be measured and paid separately under relavant item.

(b) One 3 pin 5 Amp switch & socket outlet on same board with other switches.

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amp switch & socket outlet on Independant board.

All same as per item ser No 2 here-in-above but wiring using 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green color) connected to common earth dolly for 6 pin, 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independant board.

Taking down carefully Enegry meters by disconnecting electrical connections, stacking carfully at site for reuse of serviceable meters or removing meters to E/M Store yard all as directed and specified.

Supply and Installation of Smart Three Phase Meter pre-payment cum postpayment energy meter with the following specifications: AC three Phase four Wire, Tamper Proof, single source, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10-100Amps conforming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards with Radio Frequency communication facility with self healing Mesh network/GPRS facility with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry, connect / disconnect functionality operable from billing software (or technology as approved by GE), supporting open communication protocol DLMS with the software as per category D1, meter should have facility to send instant data to server with Meter supporting following data : instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, load survey data for energy, monthly billing survey for Cumulative Energy and Max Demand. (Note : Quotated rate deems to include cost of suitble CT coil for installation of meter. )

M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS, single core FRLS PVC insulated flexible multistranded copper conductor 1.1 KV grade drawn through & including PVC grey conduit heavy duty with necessary accessories (like bend, juction boxes etc) including taking down old unsv submain wiring complete all as specified for following sizes of wires :-. (Note : GI saddle shall be used to fix PVC conduit and distance between two saddle shall not be exceed 1.2 mtr)

Taking down carfully MCBs and DBs TPN/SPN by disconnecting electrical connections and stacking at site for re-use after repairs or shifting unserviceable DBs/MCBs to store for taking credit, making good to damaged surface to match with existing specification all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Three phase, 4 wire sysetm, 415 volt, cubical type busbar box fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer, using 2.mm thick MS sheet size not less than 600mm x 450mm x 250mm duly painted with two coats of powder coated semense gray paint over a coat of red oxide primer, wall mouning arrangment, front opening hinged single door with locking arrangment, punched holes at TOP and BOTTOM for making incomming and outging cable connections. Busbar box should consist of incommer MCCB 160Amps, 16 kA, four pole, 415 Volt, and four Nos 30mm x 5 mm electrolytic annealed copper busbar mounted on FRP base, duly insulated with sleeves and drilled/tapped threads, for connecting outgoing copper cable by using copper alloy lugs, nut, bolts and washers complete making connections with existing external UG cable using aluminium lugs and cabe glands complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top, and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB upto 20 Amps, 240 Volt capacity fixed flush to wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosure distribution board for 240 volts, 8 way horizontal type, double door, single pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed flush in wall surface, and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

Supply and replace sheet metal enclosure distribution board for 240 volts, 12 way horizontal type, double door, single pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed flush in wall surface, and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

Supply and replace Sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN, 415 volts, 4 way Horizontal/vertical type as per site requirement, double door type, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCBs and including provision for fixing TPN MCB as incommer, DB fixed flush or in wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification complete including taking out old all as specified all as specified and directed. (Note : MCB SP/SPN/TPN will measured and paid separately under relavant item.)

M&L for MCB TPN/FP, 63 to 100 Amps 415 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

M&L for MCB SPN/DP 40 to 63 Amps 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 6-32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity providing in DB complete including connection & testing all as specified. (Note for item No 33 to 36 : Current rating of MCBs provided at site shall be as per electrical load of circuits and as directed by engr-in-charge )
