Manning and operation of water supply pumps, DG Sets (160 kVA- 02Nos, 100 KVA -01 No & 10 kVA- 01No) and RO Plant (600 LPH & 1000 LPH) at Rambilli premises by one FGM & one Helper including minor repair work to be carried out in pump house, RO Plant and DG sets by technician for eight hours shift (Pumping of raw water and treated water supply to be feed as per scheduled timing, DG Sets to operate during the uninterrupted power supply and technician to be maintained Reverse Osmosis plant, make- ROCHEM/TECHNO AQUA Separation systems and trouble free operation of the plant with correct quality of portable water discharge as per standred norms) Note:- Nos. of Person required :- 02 persons (01 FGM (Skilled) + 01 Helper (Un-Skilled) 3 shift per day Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 FGM & 01 Helper

Comprehensive Maint of RO plants, any capacity checking the function complete, descalling the membarines, active carbon filter, mechanical filters, replacing of O-Ring, seals, gland packing complete ensuring for the proper outlet quality of potable water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Technician should be checking the RO Plant every 15 days (twice in a month) or upon complaining by operator and serviceability report to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of spares will be paid and measured separately Note:- 1.Comprehensive maintenance to be done through authorised Maintenance of RO firm and necessary maintenance certificate to be submitted. 2. Each visit will be consdiered as one unit. 3. Dilute hydro chloric acid required deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of spares and taking out unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Replacement of any other spares other than the listed below (major/minor) if required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. The list given below is not exhaustive and contractor has to ascertain the actual requirement of spares/ consumable while quoting his rate. However contractor shall not have any further claim in this regard at a later stage.

DG SETS : Servicing of DG set capacity 100 to 160kVA and taking out the defective/unserviceable parts and re-assembling the same after repair/replaced and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only here in after).

Taking out carefully unserviceable fuel injector pump assembly of 160kVA DG set of 1500 RPM Make:- CUMMINS/KIRLOSKAR/KEC/CROMTON, cleaning/ oiling/servicing fuel injector pump assembly , recalibration of Fuel Injector Pump after replacing unserviceable nozzles/Bearing bush with roller/ Delivery valve with washer and spring/Roller Bearing. /Bearing end plate etc.,re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Fuel Injector Pump assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of maintenance free battery of capacity 12V 180 AH battery terminal complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and filling lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 20 W- 40 grade) of Make SERVO OF IOC/HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM/BPCL/ CASTROL) as approved by GE.

Replacement of asbestos ropes with new asbestos rope of existing size of exhaust pipe 160 kVA D.G. Set.

Replacement of asbestos ropes with new asbestos rope of existing size of exhaust pipe 7.5 to 10 KVA D.G. Set.

Dismantling of oil sump and decanning old engine oil from DG set upto 7.5 kVA to 10 kVA capacity and cleaning the oil sump chamber by removing settled particals, sludge etc for pressure vacume including rectify the leakage by welding including refixing the same by replacement new nuts, bolts clamps all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, and taking out carefully old unserviceable rectifier of any make and capacity,suppling and fixing new rectifier of existing make suitable for 7.5 kVA to 160 kVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking out defective submersible openwell pump set of capacity 7.5HP from open well/UG sump for repair by lifting GI tubing of size 65 mm from up to 40feet to 10 to 15feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block or other T & P, transporting to workshop including repair/replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oilling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling and painting of submersible pumpset with motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after clearing and scrubbling and shifting back to openwell/ UG Sump, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall includes labour charge only for maint repair and replacement of defective / UNSV spares / accessories. Spares are to measured and paid separately under subsequent items. (ii) Cost of other minor items/spares such as nut, bolts washers, gaskets, paints etc which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in this item.

Replacement of PVC water tank of 10000 Ltrs cap, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertica with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismatling of existing tank with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the motor of submersible openwell pumpset of capacity 7.5HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and rewinding with PVC copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, 3Phase, 415volts grade and other petty items required for making motor functional and motor reassembling and testing with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desilting of open /shallow well dia of 25 feet and 25 feet depth at Rambilli premises by bailling out of water from the well through pump set, removing the silt (mud/sand etc) from the floor of the wells and deposting not exceeding 50 metre, cleaning the inside vertical surface of the wells with wire brushes including removing the large growth and removing the large floating of suldge on the water completely including one coat of wash of inner surfaces with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up of unserviceable / rusted tubing and connections of 15mm bore from excavated trench / walls / floors / ceiling etc complete all as directed.

Cutting the existing damaged 50mm dia GI/HDPE pipe line in position supply and inserting by reducing the dia of pipe tee/elbow testing including necessary earth work in sludgy soil, dewatering and refilling the same in layers with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for construction of brick masonary (230 mm thick wall) valve pipt of size 450 x 450 x700mm inner dimension including necessary earth work , PCC 1:4 8, 75 mm thick Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick wall build in CM 1:6, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1: 6 externally upto 15 CM below GL and CM 1:4 internally and providing MS Sheet cover 3.15 mm thick welded with hinges including necessary locking arrangement and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below GL connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I connecting to earth points and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (7.5 mtr long) for earth lead including P C C 1:2:4 type B1 chamber pit with pre cast R C C1:2:4 type B1 cover slab40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar C/C 100 mm both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia MS rod, watering arrangement with GI light grade 20 mm bore watering pipe with funnel, wiremesh, common salt, charcoal filling necessary excavation in any type of soil with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of submersible PVC insulated cable of 650/1100 volts grade 3 core 6sqmm with flexible copper conductor water resistant quality ISI marked in replacement with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of PVC water tank of 1000 Ltrs cap, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertica with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismatling of existing tank with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of HDPE pipe 50mm bore of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm laid in trenches including connected accessories with complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Unserviceable/defective items which is required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.
