4.0 On line Submission.

Bidders can prepare & edit their offers number of times before tender submission

4.1 date & time. After tender submission date & time, bidder cannot edit their offer

submitted in any case. No written or online request in this regard shall be granted.

Tenderer shall submit their offer i.e. price bid in Electronic format on above

Submission of Tender Fees, Bid Security and other valid Documents:

Tender Fee : Rs.900/- (Rupees nine hundred only) by Demand Draft in favour

of "Executive Engineer, Bharuch (R&B) Division, Bharuch”, payable at Bharuch

5.1 from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. Demand draft

issued after the last date of submission of Bids will not be considered or accepted.

Bid Security i.e. EMD: Rs.13,000/- (Rupees thirteen thousand only) in the

form of DD/ FDR/BG in favour of "Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Bharuch"

R&B from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. BG shall be

5.2 valid up to 180 Days. DD/FDR/BG issued after the last date of submission of tender

will not be considered as valid or accepted in any case. In form of B.G., first Rs.

50,000/- in form of DD or FDR & remaining amount in form of Bank

8.2 EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be accepted.
