Wages for engagement of Security Guard for round the clock (8 hours per day each) duty at Serakole Store, Mograhat-I Block under Diamond Harbour Sub-Division, P.H.E. Dte. a) Security Guard. (365 days x 5 Nos. = 1825 man days) [N.B.: - 1) Daily wages of valve operator to be paid as per minimum wage per person per day within 7 (seven) days of every month along with Bonus Amount to be paid to employee Rs. 465.57 [ Minimum wage @ Rs. 487.00 adding Bonus @ 8.33% Rs. 40.57 Total Rs. ( 487.00 + 40.57) = Rs. 527.57 less EPF & ESIC contribution of employee @ Rs. 62.00 Rs. (527.57 - 62.00) = Rs. 465.57 2) The agency should have to be submitted the copy of monthly payment vouchers of Valve operator along with the Bill 3) payment will be deducted in prorate basis in question of any absence of Valve operator 4) Absence if any, should always be deployed by other Operator
