Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete, brickwork, masonary etc (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass filling , sub base and the like complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20x20x25mm thick, with grey cement pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specified & directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, ending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in coping complete all as specfied and directed.

S & F pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required all as spcified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar workconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement based paint on old plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width/girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs 51,850.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
