Earth work in excavation in foundation of storm water drains, removal of silt etc, not exceeding 1.50 M .in widths or 10 sqm. on plan, including dressing of sides back filling the trenches etc. including getting out the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, lift up to 1.50 & lead up to 50 M. in all kind of soil, except rock

Providing and laying cement concrete in footings, foundations etc, including the cost of centering & shuttering (wherever required) in 1:4:8(1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate, 40 mm nominal size).

Disposal / transportation of waste / rubbish, old bricks etc by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, leveling, dressing of rubbish up to a distance of ONE km from the work site.

Dismantling cement concrete including disposal of materials/rubbish within 50 m. lead, 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level & sill level or coping for drains & compound wall, including necessary side shuttering & finishing all complete, as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in footing and bases for columns excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (wherever required) of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) 40 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying random rubble masonry with hard stone in super structure above plinth level including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cemenmt;6 sand:12 stone aggregate 20 mm size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Providing and laying random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including 1:6:12 (1 cemenmt;6 sand:12 stone aggregate 20 leveling up with cement concrete mm size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Centering and shuttering for precast concrete slabs for manholes, drains etc, including removal of form work etc. complete.
