Supply and fixing MCCB ,4 pole, TPN, 415 volts ,microprocessor based , rated 63 Amps,having repturing capacity 16 KA - 01 No as incomer complete. Note :- All MCCBs of sch shall be conforming Ics= 100% Icu as per IEC 60947 -2 and front LED indication (ready, overload pre-alarm & over load).

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long, single swan neck type inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. The poles shall confirm to IS - 2713 & each component pipe shall be ISI Marked & confirm to IS - 1161. NOTE : Necessary earthwork, PCC etc. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of work.

M&L for cement contrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole filling and mass concrete in complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:3:6 type C- 1 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, kerb or mud stops rounded or charfered on edgees ,coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe of dia 40mm to wall / pole / laid in trenches of medium grade with required clamping arrangements to fix with the pole complete and connecting to existing pipe line all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved LT panel of size not less than 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.4m Indoor type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, free standing, factory fabricated, fully compartmentalized in design suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire AC system conforming to IS : 375 all as specified herein after. Degree of protection shall not be less than 1P-51 as per IS : 2147 and it shall be suitable to withstand a Fault level of 50 KA (rms) for one second. Busbars shall be of copper not less than 100 Amps rated capacity . Cross section of Busbars for each phase and neutral shall be same. All the Busbars shall be air insulated and will be codified in Red, Yellow, Blue and Black colours as per the standard practices using heat shrinkable sleeves. Copper busbars shall be made of high conductivity 99.9% pure copper of ETP grade. All the busbars shall have full round edges and shall be suitably braced with non-hygroscopic SMC supports of 660 volts grade. Copper Bus bar should be provided for MCCBs. Note:- MCCB will be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule.

Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of any make, capacity from 400-630 Amps, 11 KV, 800Amps for servicing, repairs and re-assembling complete comprising of the following including testing and commissioning all as directed. (a) Dismantling the VCB from the enclosure consisting of vacuum interrupter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceability of all parts, cleaning, alignment of closing/opening mechanisms and re-assembling the unit complete. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CRC/ Tri-chloro-ethylene to remove the accumulation of carbon or any other deposits. (c) Checking the vacuum interrupter assembly and contacts and ensure the alignment of contacts. (d) Dismantling the spring charging mechanism of the VCB, checking the operations of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning re-adjusting worn out parts etc. (e) Checking the condition of the spring charging motor along with gear box including servicing to the motor commutator bushes, lubrication of bearing surfaces etc. (f) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts and adjust. (g) Inspecting all bolts, nuts, pins and ensure collar pins are in place and they are tight and opened properly. h) Applying petrolium jelly to moving contact arms and Doctor beck solution to insulated parts moving arms of breaker and reassembling the unit

Decarbonising/ cleaning and painting complete 11 KV HT panels board, cubicle type, consists of bus bar chamber, circuit chamber and metering chambers by opening the spout/bus covers, inspecting the bus bar joints, cleaning of bus bars, checking the bus bar spouts and circuit spouts for any flashovers/ cracks, applying Anti - Track Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars and applying Anti tracking Paint Red solution for insulating to spouts having moderate tracking, applying HT insulated red compound/ Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints, cleaning of bus bar insulators and bus bars with CRC ,painting Panel (both inside and outside) with one coat with synthetic enamel paint and ensure proper decarbonisation and re-assembling complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) Cost of additional hardware like bolts, nuts, washers and spring washers, petroleum jelly etc, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for the repairs. (ii) Old unserviceable spare parts removed from the breakers shall be accounted for under schedule of credit .

Supply only strip space heaters with thermostat switch of rating 230V, 80W with necessary wiring with 1.5sq.mm copper conductor wire, electrical connections with suitable lugs and proper dressing complete including replacement of necessary bolts and nuts washers etc. all as directed.

Taking out Unserviceable HRC/HBC Fuse and Supply and Fix new HRC /HBC fuse 2-32 Amps Cylindrical fuse link all as specified and directed.

Supply,Laying ,testing, and commissioning size 3x95 sqmm cross-sectional area XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, in tranches / fixing on wall by saddel/ fixing on poll / drawn through GI pipes all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil of Transformer 500 KVA with ultra high vacuum filteration machine and checking dielectric strength (BDV), dielectric dissipation factor, neutralizing value (total activity), upto 60 KV with 2.5 mm Gap sludge content, flush point of transformer oil from Standard Testing Laboratory all as specified. Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer after carrying out filteration and heating up oil to achive required dielectric strength and submitting the test result after filteration of oil in proper proforma duly signed.

Supply and fill Transformer oil with high viscosity, high resistance to oxidation & thermal stability all as specified and directed. MAKE-CASTROL/INDIAN OIL/HPCL

Material and labour for painting to 500 KVA transformer scrapping and removing oil paint and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint by taking due care for HT/LT side supply all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix syntheic mat of size not less than 2m x 1m x 19 mm including taking out old Unseveciable Syntheic mat all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fix in repair of breather with silica gel crystal (1 kg) type all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement to old by new Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild stell sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 25x15 cm size all as specified and directed. Note :- Instruction shall be written in three lauguage Hindi, English and Assami on notice board.

Supply and fixing end termination jointing kit ,11000 volt grade (earthed) ,suitable to 3 core 95 sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE armoured heavy duty cable, cold shinkable suitable indoor type with jointing material and accessories.

Supply and fixing straight through jointing kit ,11000 volt grade (earthed) ,suitable to 3 core 95 sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE armoured heavy duty cable, cold shinkable suitable indoor type with jointing material and accessories.

M & L for complete over hauling of transformer ( Indoor type 500 KVA, 11/0.4KV) comprising of the following scope of works :- (a) Disconnecting carefully all electrical connection from HT/LT side of transformer after proper shut down. (b) Checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet/out let valves ,breather etc ,servicing,openning the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection for HT and LT windings ,testing the insulation resistance.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x 600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with the top edge of earth plat at a depth not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip in size 32x6 mm by means of nut bolts and washers etc. connected to sub LT Panel including necessary excavation earth work ,PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40 mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, funnel, protection pipe ,adequate quantity of commen salt, charcoal etc. and connecting upto main sub panel complete all as specited and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part -1 complete all as directed by GE.
