The working personnel should be an holder of a 1st class/2nd class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety & Health, GOK and should have fire fighting certificate from Fire Force Department.
List of Tools and Tackles possessed by the agency and to furnish available communication facility.
Present works under execution/ under contract.
Value of works executed since last 3 years.
The contractor has to enclose any registration firm or class of registration in KPWD/ KPTC/, BWSSB/ Railways/ MSME/ KSPCB and CPWD.
GST registration certificate and returns filed for last six months.
