Specific experience of the consultants related Assignment (At least two similar nature of work, such as similar nature of Medical College/ Hospital Building projects, preparation of plans & estimates of buildings, preparation of Architectural, Structural and other services Design and Drawings such as plumbing, internal electrification, fire fighting, HVAC, Lifts, MGPLS, OT, Furnitures etc., and Architectural, Structural and other services Design and Drawings) (Minimum Project cost of Value Rs.156.00 Lakhs). The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government or equivalent). Note-1. Medical College/Hospital Buildings/ (20 points each)-40 points, 2. Other buildings (10 points each)-20 points

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (CV of 1 Team Leader, (1 Team Leader, 1 Deputy Team Leader(Architect), 1 Structural Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor, 1 Mechanical Engineer, 1 Electrical and 1 PHE Engineer) will be considered) for detailed marks allocation refer-Annexure-C- a)Qualification-12 points, b) Experience to related project-27, c)Experience in region and language-6-Total 45.
