Material and Labour for disconnecting the electric supply from existing EOT crane panel, taking down on ground gear box of the cranes and open up for examination of Engr-in-Charge of capacity 2,5,5/2,10/2Ton by loosening the coupling , foundation nuts, bolts & washers etc, draining out the complete gear oil, taking out grease cleaning the complete gear box with K.oil and reassembling the gear box after replacement of defective / worn out parts ie brass gears, tapper roll bearing, oil seal, coupling, foundation nuts, bolts, washers etc of existing make, size and capacity including refilling the fresh gear oil, grease complete and making the gear box leak proof by fixing the suitable oil seal. including taking up and refixing with crane and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of new parts ie Tapper Roll Bearing, Brass Gear, Oil Seal, Coupling & Foundation nuts, bolts, washers and providing fresh gear oil as well as fresh grease will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Material & Labour for disconnecting the electric supply, dismantling and opening of E H thrustor and thrustor brake drum 50 mm to 250 mm dia of EOT cranes and serevicing complete and reassembling the thrust brake drum in its position complete all as specified and directed.any type and make of capacity 2,5,5/2,10/2 Ton servicing /overhauling complete at site and reassembling the same in its position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates for brake leather of any type and dia deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material & Labour for taking down old U/S brakes assembly from EOT cranes including S & F of AC Solenoid Brakes assy, suitable for capacity 2,5,5/2,10/2 Ton EOT Cranes, testing of crane on full load and rectify the defects if any including replacement of minor spares complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for taking down steel wire rope of size up to 21 mm dia from EOT/HOT Cranes hoist drum and load hook after loosening the holding nuts and bolts etc from EOT Crane of capacity 2,5,5/2,10/2,15/3,40 Ton and cleaning of complete drum assembly and rope with k oil /thinner and applying/ filling of fresh grease/Oil to wire rope and reassembling fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fresh Gear oil,grease will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for taking out contaminated grease from all greaseble parts/ gears by opening care fully of HOT Crane (such as chain pulley, drum shaft, postal bearing & load hook etc) and cleaning of complete assembly with Koil /thinner and M&L for applying/ filling of fresh grease to all parts of HOT cranes of capacity 2 Ton and reassembling fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Fresh grease shall be paid against relevant item of Sch A)

Supply & fixing only Brass gears (as per existing gear/ sample) duly casted/fabricated and cutting teeth as required suitable to accommodate in the cranes Gear Box complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities/ sizes of cranes. (a) 2 to 5Ton capacity of crane

All as per Item No 09 above but 10 to 15 Ton capacity of crane

Disconnections of electric connections of EOT cranes at height of upto 40 feet including cleaning the surface of copper round bus bar size up to 8 mm dia with emery paper complete making free from dust for easy collection of current by phase collector of crane from bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electric supply of the crane, dismantling hoist motor, Long Travel/Cross Travel motor, taking down motor from a height of upto 40 feet including cleaning of slots, replacement of laminated sheets, rewinding cut coils of burnt winding wire with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size, backing, varnishing and re-fixing in its position, making all electric connections of motor and testing on full load complete all as specified for the following cap :- (a) Cap 0.5 HP to 2.0 HP motor

All as per Item No 12 above but Cap 3.0 HP to 5 HP motor

All as per Item No 12 above but Cap 7.5 HP to 15 HP motor

M & L disconnecting electric connections, Taking down old burnt main supply cable of single girder EOT crane including S&F of PVC cable copper conductor, multistrand, PVC Cable copper conductor 10 Sqmm, 4 Core with and including GI wire 6 SWG, Steel rings, binding wire for binding the cable and GI wire together on steel rings not less than at one mtr gap and stretching of GI wire and cable and binding at both ends of the crane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L disconnection of electric supply from crane panel including S&F of pendent PVC insulated and over all sheathed 1100 volts grade cable copper conductor twisted multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm 10 core, including fixing of existing Chain guard for protection of pendent cable, binding wire for binding the pendent cable with chain guard, making all electric connections, testing the functions of pendent box complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 16 above but 2.5 sqmm,12 core cable -ditto-

M & L for disconnecting old U/S pendent box and S & F new Pendent box, as per existing size, fabricated out of 18 SWG MS sheet having suitable opening at top for pendent cable using cable entry glands and two side hooks on the top of either side for holding the chain guard of pendent cable, fixing metal outer cover, complete with operating push button (Red and green) duly prewired inside, having rear door opening and locking arrangement incl two coat of syntactic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified directed.

S&F in repair of push button mushroom head / Hexagonal type (Red or green colours as required at site at the time of execution) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down old U/S phase indicator lamp set (RYB) complete after disconnecting electric connections and supply and fixing phase indicator lamp set (RYB) LED type including making electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Make L&T/ Havells/HPL/BCH

M & L for taking out old u/s AC contactor any capacity and S & F freedom series type 4 pole, 415 volts with coil as per existing, auxiliary contact block with No + NC and current rating 9.1/16Amps, 4/7.5 KW and including making necessary electric connections and testing of circuit on full load complete all as specified and directed.Cat No-CS97009 series MCX01 Make :L&T or equivalent in Siemens or BCH.

All as per Ser item No 21 above but current rating 30 AMPs, 15 KW, 4 pole Cat No CS97011 series of make L&T/ or equivalent of siemens or BCH.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCBs up to 200 Amp rating and Supply and fixing for MCCB, 4 pole,415Volt, 16 KA including cable lugs of suitable size Make: L &T/ Schneider/Legrand, complete testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, the following capacity of (a) 25 Amps.

Supply and fix in replacement of overload relay capacity 4-11 Amp for motor protection making all incoming and outgoing electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground eath (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvnised iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR part-I connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC for pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover in PCC(1:2:4) including charcoal , salt funnel GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade up to to 7.5 mtr length ,all as directed at site.

Material and labour for Earthing strip , galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm , burried in ground or fixed to pole/ wall with saddles etc as specified and directed. Earth work if required shall be measured against respective item.

Taking out of existing unservicable LED fittings of any shape and size and removing from the site . Supply and fixing LED street light fitting, 45 Watts, 230 V, 50 HZ, with all necessary required fittings ie, clamps, nuts, bolts and suitable for operation over voltage range of 140 V to 270 V, duly housed in pressure die cast aluminium housing, compressing of LED with individual optical lens, electronic driver with THD <10%, efficiency >85% and PF more than 0.90, confirming to IP65, rendering color index of 75 with cool day light output.

Taking down old U/S single Phase Preventer from crane panel board including S&F Single Phase Preventer suitable for motor protection of EOT cranes and making all incoming and out going electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Tapper Roll Bearing of No 6206/6306/30232/30226/30216/ 30205/30215/33207 or any other size as per existing gear box bearing complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting electric connections, Taking down old U/S CT including S&F of current transformer of capacity 100 to 150 VA, of input 440 volts, out put 110 volts for EOT crane up to 2/3/5 ton capacity, making all incoming and out going electric connection complete all as specified and directed

All as per Ser item No 39 above but of capacity 300VA for EOT Crane up to 15 Ton capacity

M&L for MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plate fixed to trusses/ girders / angle iron or in various parts of crane/ machines at any height in work shop cranes fabricated from structural steel sections including bolt, nuts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for taking out old unserviceable/weaked SWR rope and S & F round strand steel wire rope RHO/LHO/RHL/LHL as per IS dia of 12/16/18/20 mm to suitable for Crane hooks up to capacity of 10 Ton and connected clamp nut bolts fixed complete all as per directed.
