Providing and fixing in position M / F suspended false ceiling to detail as per drawing with GI frame work and 12.5mm tapered type gyp board panels to form grids of 457 x 1220mm as per manufacturers specification including provision for stepped shaped ceiling for light trough comprising.

Frame work of intermediate channels (M.F.T.) at 1220mm centres along one direction M/F ceiling section MF5 at 457mm centres along other direction. Perimeter channels (MF 6A) along walls alround perimeter side of the ceiling, all to detail as per drawing.

The intermediate channels suspended from ceiling, through strap hangers 25 x 0.5mm (MF 8) at 1220mm centres connected to soffit cleats P534 (27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm) the cleats connected to ceiling through metal expansion rawl plugs 12mm dia and 17/16" long with necessary bolts and nuts etc. all connected with additional perimeter channels (MF 6A) for openings for light fixtures, AC ducts, vertical drops, offsets etc. wherever necessary all to detail and as per direction.

ARMSTRONG GRID FALSE CEILING

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Classic Max Beveled Tegular Edge Tiles with Armstrong Suprafine 15mm Exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.7, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) with pin-hole visual in module size of 600x600x17mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 65%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mm and a load carrying capacity of 8.8 Kgs/M (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) & pull out strength of minimum 100 Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make.The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 30 year warranty.

Providing and fixing of Semi Unitized Structural glazing system using suitable extruded aluminium sections for frames Powder coating approved colour of 50 microns. SYSTEM – The system to be designed to take horizontal and vertical movement upto 10mm for every floor and capable of withstanding wind pressure as per IS 875. TRENCHING AND EXCAVATION

Excavation of hard Rock, Removal of Soil,Back filling and restoring to normal state. the following size cable trench in soft soil including excavation, river sand cushioning (150mm thick both at top and bottom of the cable), back filling, ramming and compacting the soil,etc., as required. (600mm depth,300mm width for street light)

Supply, laying of 100mm dia HDPE Pipe flexible layed /clamped in the existing wall/ground with suitable supports for street light cable

Supplying, fixing, HT/ LT cable route markers with 10 cm x 10 cm x 5mm. thick CI plate with inscription thereon, bolted / welded to 35mm x 35 mm x 6 mm. angle iron , 60 cm. long and fixing the same in ground as required. The cable route marker shall be fixed at both the ends of cable at joints and at 100 Mts. spacing for straight runs.

WIRING - CIRCUIT CUM POINT WIRING The rates for all point wiring items shall also include supplying and fixing of the Conduits, conduit specials, bushes and other fittings,Approved GI saddles and grouting the same for exposed conduit work,2 mm thick Outlet boxes and junction box,All fixing accessories such as clips, brass screws etc,All work & materials necessary for wiring a point circuit of any length from the Final Distribution Board to connector via switch and shall include the circuit wiring also except where identified.

Secondary Light Points: The secondary light points will have to be wired from the primary light point as mentioned above.
