Award of contract for setting up & operation of Reputed Single Brand outlet(Catering) at Kankavali Station over Konkan Railway

A) Status of Bidder- A firm / Company / Association of Person (AOP) / Individual who are competent to enter into a contract under Indian Contract Act. i. Individual / Proprietor: Please enclosed relevant documents. ii. Partnership Firm: Registered under the Partnership Act., 1932. Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary. iii. Joint Venture / Consortium: A copy of Joint Venture / Consortium deed should be enclosed. The working joint venture agreement must be more than one year old from the date of notification of this Tender. A joint venture agreement less than one year old shall be summarily rejected. iv. Company: Please enclose notarized copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association, Certificate of incorporation & Certificate of Date of commencement of business. The details are as per Eligibility Criteria mentioned in Section-III of tender document.

In Case the Brand Outlet is operated under a franchise model, a letter of authorization from the parent company must be provided to the Railways for verification. In the case of a Premium Outlet operated directly by the Licensee, no such authorization letter is required; however, all necessary permissions and approvals must be obtained and submitted to the Railways for verification. Bidder is required to submit the trade mark certificate of brand issued by "Registrar of Trade Marks

Bank Solvency Certificate: Applicant shall submit their financial standing in terms of the Bank solvency Certificate not older than the immediate previous three months from the date of notification of the tender issued from Nationalized/schedule Bank for two times of Reserve Price.

Experience: Bidders shall have three years' experience of running of any catering/food establishment. Proof of the same shall be submitted with the Bid.

Average annual Turnover: a) If bidder is brand owning company itself, then brand owning company must have annual average turnover of Rs.25 Cr in last three financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 duly audited & certified by Chartered Accountant. Audited Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet for previous three years i.e. financial year 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 to be attached. In case results for FY 2025- 26 are not finalized, turnover of FY 2022-23 will be considered. b) If bidder is the applicant / firm other than brand owning company then the applicant/firm must have annual average turnover of Rs.50 lakh in last three financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 duly audited & certified by Chartered Accountant. Audited Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet for previous three years i.e. financial year 2023-24, 2024- 25 & 2025-26 to be attached. In case results for FY 2025-26 are not finalized, turnover of FY 2022-23 will be considered. The brand for which bidder is applying, that brand owning company must have annual average turnover of Rs.25 Cr in last three financial years 2023-24, 2024- 25 & 2025-26 duly audited & certified by Chartered Accountant. Proof to be attached. In case results for FY 2025-26 are not finalized, turnover of FY 2022-23 will be considered

Bidder has to submit Income Tax return for last three assessment years i.e. AY2024-25,2025-26 & 2026-27. In case for AY 2026-27 is not finalized, income tax return for AY 2023-24 will be considered.

Bank details (Copy of cancelled cheque)

Details of Existing establishments held by the applicant over Konkan Railway. (Please attach details of each contract separately as per Annexure-III along with no dues certificate for each contract)

Details of establishments held by the applicant at locations other than Konkan Railway (Please attach list in the format at Annexure-IV)

Bidder shall attach signed tender document

The applicant must comply with the technical quality that meets National or International Standards and must possess valid certificate in this regard.

The applicant / firm must comply with the Food Safety and Quality Standard norms laid down by the FSSAI and other statutory requirements from time to time.
