Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size ISI marked PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE /FRLS (Flame proof, water proof) aluminium conductor steel armoured cable of 1.1KV grade as required.

Supplying & febrication,installation,testing and commissioning of 4 poles,LT Outdoor panel with double wall housing with spacing about 6 inchs with each other (Duble wall cubical panel for environmental protection) made of 2 mm thick CRCA-MS sheet suitable housing ( 1050 MM X 550 MM) of 500 mm deep with mounting arrangement, 1000 A 4 STRIP Aluminioum busbar duly sleeved making suitable hole for cable entries detachble gland plates at bottom painting with supierior quaility . bus bar with heat shirnk sleeves etc, dust and vermin proof IP 65 standred having the switch gears and metering facility compelete with connections & inter connections painting etc.as required. (Every seperate feeder name plate fabrication and installation work and about 2 feet height solid high quality angle iron stand is also included in this Item). The panel must be factory fabricated.The drawing of the panel will be factory fabricated.The drawing of the panel fabricated and after fabrication the same will be inspected and aproved by Engineer-in-charge before its dispatch from factory to site. Note:- Dismentaling the old panels, Cables & switchgears and fixing of new panels, all cable and Supplying & fixing of new switchgears Installaton, testing snd commissionning & other fixing works are included with the same.
