Fixing only tiles Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceramic Tiles 300x300x8-10mm thick (Tiles to be collected from MES store yard) with and incl set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with Pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete.

Fixing only Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab with frame of any thickness, shape and size for Manholes, Septic Tanks, etc (cover slabs to be collected from MES store yard) wiht and including set in Cement Mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing RCC slabs ., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing brick work complete

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove debris complete.
